Reason for Slow Progress of Work:


i. Space Restrictions as all the foundations are on sloping ground and deployment of
resources is difficult.
ii. EPC Contractor is yet to submit TAD, WPSS, QAP for CRS sanction from Railway
Authorities.
iii. Additional paver is required to lay WMM and DBM simultaneously.
iv. Additional Rig machine for piling works is required at site to complete piling of
foundations of Viaducts.
v. Additional HMP is required since the existing HMP breaks down regularly.
vi. More staging and shuttering materials are required so that all the structural works of Chainage – Km 0.090
viaducts and superstructure works of ROB can be done at the same time.

Reason for Slow Progress of Work:


i. The submission of Design & Drawings were delayed by the EPC Contractor.
ii. Additional Paver is required to be mobilized at site to lay CTSB and BSM
simultaneously.
iii. More materials is required to be kept on reserve especially Bitumen and Aggregates so
that work doesn’t get hampered.

Reason for Slow Progress of Work:


i. The locations of viaducts and slope protection works not yet finalised and Design & Drawings are yet
to be submitted by the EPC Contractor.
ii. Laying of WMM and DBM is very slow due to shortage of materials such as Bitumen and
Aggregates.
iii. Additional paver is required at site to lay DBM & WMM concurrently.

iii. Additional Paver is required to be mobilized at site to lay CTSB and BSM simultaneously.
iv. Additional Grader is required at site to pace up Subgrade preparing work.
v. More staging and shuttering materials are required so all the Viaducts works can be taken up at the same time.
