A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CONGRESSMAN

SALVADOR “ADOR” PLEYTO, REPRESENTATIVE 6TH DISTRICT OF BULACAN FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD FROM SITIO
TO SITIO
OF BARANGAY BIGTE, NORZAGARAY, BULACAN, ALSO ROAD REBLOCKING AND
ASPHALTING OF INNER ROADS

WHEREAS, Barangay Bigte has identified the need to improve and develop the road network in the
different sitios, particularly to the farm-to-market roads of this barangay to enhance productivity and to
contribute to the social and economic growth of the community;
WHEREAS, farm to market roads improve the mobility of people, goods, and services, motivate
farmers to plant more, ultimately increasing their production, reduce transportation costs of farm input and
output thereby increase local trade and minimize post-harvest losses thus, improves rural economy, and provide
easy access to employment opportunities and basic social services such as schools and health centers,
WHEREAS, farm to market roads is one of the dimensions to food security, connect farms and coastal
areas to main roads, hence promote agro-tourism;
WHEREAS, considering that the above-mentioned priority project of Barangay Bigte needs millions of
money in order to establish, it is being hoped and prayed that through the Honorable Congressman Salvador
“Ador” Pleyto could provide to realize these direly needed project for the welfare of the people.
Now, therefore, on motion of Hon. Alberto DM. Cruz., duly seconded by Hon. Dennis R. Condat and
carried unanimously by the Members of the Sangguniang Barangay Bigte, Norzagaray, Bulacan presents and
assembled,
RESOLVED, to REQUEST the Honorable Congressman Salvador “Ador” Pleyto for the establishment

RESOLVED, FURTHER, to furnish copy of this Resolution to Hon. Congressman Salvador “Ador”
