O n his talk about the School's preparedness against disaster, Alcantara reiterates that teachers already has
knowledge on what are the different calamities and disasters that may occur but the big question is "Do
we really know what to do when these things happen?" hence, reactivating this prior knowledge is vital.
With a population of around 7000 learners, Alcantara also says that it is
impossible to save everybody with this population hence cooperation
must be needed. He starts his talk by highlighting the legal basis DRRM
and discussing the four Thematic Areas in Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management.

The 4th day of in-service training contains the Principal's

the development plan for the year. In addition, the
updates on claims and benefits of the non teaching and
non teaching staff are discussed by the admin officer 1 -
cashier Ms. Junko Ann Yangco. The afternoon session

in delivering the lessons to the learnings. The program
is conducted by the SHS teachers Ms. Leslie T. Tarroma
and Mr. Ryan S. Escolano.

PALATAN ON SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLANS


The 4th day of INSET begins with the prayer of Mary Jane L. Inson, an SHS teacher and the singing of the

presentation. After the preliminaries, Mr. Rosalito N. Palatan, the school principal, reports to the teachers the school
development plan for the year.
