Risk Management Plan

Samahan Para sa Magandang Gramatika

The following are the foreseen risks or problems that can happen during the

implementation of "Samahan Para sa Magandang Gramatika" project, along with the

measures to mitigate adverse effects:

1.Lack of Engagement

There is a risk that some participants may not actively participate or show interest,

resulting in a lack of engagement. To mitigate this, the speakers can incorporate

interactive activities, games, or discussions related to the topic to capture

participants' attention and interest. Facilitators can closely observe and engage with

students who seem disengaged, providing additional support or guidance to

encourage their participation. Regular feedback sessions can be conducted to

understand participants' needs and preferences, allowing adjustments to be made to

the program content and delivery.

2. Communication Challenges

There is a risk of miscommunication or misunderstanding between speakers and

participants, hindering effective knowledge transfer. To mitigate this, the speakers

should use clear and concise language, avoiding jargon or complex terms that may

be difficult for participants to understand. Visual aids, such as slides or handouts, can

be used to support verbal communication and enhance comprehension. Facilitators

can encourage participants to ask questions and seek clarification, fostering open

communication channels.

3. Logistics Issues
There is a risk of problems related to logistics, such as resource distribution, which

may affect overall satisfaction. To mitigate this, the project team should ensure

proper planning and coordination for logistics, considering the needs and

preferences of participants. Assign responsible individuals or teams to assess and

manage logistics, ensuring fairness and inclusivity in the distribution of resources.

4. Time Management

There is a risk of delays or inadequate time allocation during the program, which can

lead to rushed presentations or incomplete discussions. To mitigate this, a detailed

schedule and timeline should be established, allowing sufficient time for each

session or activity. The project team should regularly monitor the progress of the

program and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective time management.

Adequate breaks can be incorporated into the schedule to prevent fatigue and

maintain participants' focus.

By addressing these risks and implementing the corresponding mitigation measures,

the program can enhance participant engagement, effective communication,

logistical efficiency, and time management, ultimately leading to a successful and

satisfying experience for all involved.
