I’m Willy Ocean, a dedicated UI/UX designer with a passion for innovation and problem solving.
With a background in research and development and a strong track record of success, I’ve honed
my skills through projects like Mugon and KerjaIn. I thrive in dynamic environments where
creativity and collaboration intersect, and I’m excited to Airbnb’s future growth and success.

2. Why do you want to work for this company?

I admire Airbnb for its dedication to creating memorable experiences for its users, and I'm excited
to be part of a team that values innovation, experimentation, and pushing boundaries. My values
and aspirations align well with Airbnb's commitment to innovation and its disruptive approach

4. Tell us your strengths and weaknesses

My creative thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-caliber
work are my strongest suit. I have a reputation for having a strong work ethic and for coming up
with original solutions to challenging issues. One of my flaws is that I occasionally lose track of
time because I'm so engrossed in a project. But in order to guarantee on-time delivery, I've learnt
how to efficiently manage my time and prioritize activities.

5. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

I see myself as a UI/UX designer continuing to develop and flourish over the next five years. I
anticipate myself taking on more and more difficult projects and leadership positions inside the
company since I'm passionate about remaining on the cutting edge of industry trends and
technological advancements. In the end, I want to have a significant influence on the field of user
experience and help to mold the direction of design.
