The time of entry is at 2 p.m. and the check out is at 11 a.m. after that time, the establishment will be
entitled to make an extra charge according to the current rate.

$20 will be charged for the loss of each key.

Please take care of your belongings, the management is not responsible for any type of losses.

It is recommended to close and put safe windows when leaving the cabins.

Take care of the environment! Remember that Air Conditioning must be turned off when you are not in
the room.

Every person who enters the rooms must pre-register. No visitors are allowed in the rooms without prior
consent.

The misuse or damage to the hotel facilities will be charged to the guest's account.

No animals are allowed on the premises.

Bocas del Toro has limited water reserves, please do not leave the water running, if you detect any type
of malfunction or loss of water in the toilet or any of the sinks please notify the administration
immediately.

The belongings of each Bungalow must remain in their place and are for the exclusive use of said
Bungalow.

The white towels that you find in the room are Not for beach use.

The cleaning is done every 3 days or when requested, please request

it in the morning to be able to organize ourselves in the best way possible.

The laundry service (washing and drying) has a cost of $ 10 for each load...

When the services are not of your complete satisfaction, please, communicate it to the Administration.
