Ring! Ring! Ring!

Harold: Hello Daniel, how are you?

Daniel: Hi Harold. I called to inform you about the news I heard on TV that
after almost two years of school closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our
country will begin limited face-to-face classes in selected areas on
November 15.

Harold: Oh, really?

Daniel: What’s the matter, are you not excited about the news? At last, after
two years of distance learning, we can now go back to our classroom and
meet our classmates!

Harold: Of course, I love to see my classmates, talk to them in person. But

you know, I am afraid that the Covid-19 will increase because of having
face-to-face classes. That’s why I would prefer studying at home for now.

Daniel: Well, I got your point. But you know, going out and playing is good
to our body, for our physical, social, and mental health. Talking with other
people will also increase our self-confidence and help us develop important
life skills. We really need to socialize and have someone to talk to.

Harold: I know, you’re right. But I am not in favour of that since Covid-19
is still present. The virus most often spreads through people who have
symptoms. But it is possible to pass it on without showing any signs. Some
people who don’t know they have been infected can give it to others. I
searched and read that from the site webmd.com/lung/coronavirus-
transmission-overview.

Daniel: Yeah, I guess you’re right. Maybe, I will just study at home and
look for other activity that may interest me.

Harold: Nice. Well, let’s just wait for the positive feedback about the limited
face-to-face in some area. But for now, let’s just focus on important things.
Stay safe my friend, bye!

Daniel: Okey, thank you for your time. Bye!
