I. General Program Information:

Program Title : Virtual-Training Program for Bonbonon High School Teachers on Mid-year
Adjustment of SIP/AIP, Teacher’s IPCR, Module Writing, Portfolio
Assessment and Learning Management System.

Program Description: This is a five-day virtual training program designed to orient teachers’
awareness on Adjustment of SIP/AIP, Teacher’s IPCR, Module Writing,
Portfolio Assessment and Learning Management System.

Prerequisite Programs: Preliminary activity


Duration: five-Day virtual training

Delivery Mode: virtual with Job Embedded Learning (JEL)
Target Personnel: 21 Teachers, 1 Principal and 1 administrative Assistant II

Rationale:
The Department of Education aims to strengthen and improve the teaching and operational capabilities of
teachers. In response to this, the administration of Bonbonon High School takes their collaborative efforts to
design a training program to assess the needs of teachers for the benefits of the students and for the school
itself.
Lifelong learning is at the heart of interpretation. By becoming better professional, it is vital to enhance
ability to secure an efficient civil service in the country.

Objectives:
At the end of the five-day virtual training Program, the participants are expected to:

1. Gain understanding and expressed appreciation/ awareness on SIP/AIP Adjustment


2. Develop skills in module writing and Teachers’ IPCR.
3. Develop both self-esteem and self-awareness as a child advocator
4. Promote and develop harmonious relationship towards others virtually.
5. Appreciate the learning insights from the facilitator.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

The implementation of the program will undergo Monitoring and Evaluation. The methodology,
training, management, resource persons, participants, facilities, and materials to be used during the conduct
of the training which when taken professionally will pave the way to the improvement of future conduct of
similar trainings.
The impact of the training to the teacher participants will still be monitored and assessed.
