Annotation
ICT integration in education generally means technology-based teaching and
learning process that closely relates to the utilization of learning technologies
in schools. Due to the fact that students are familiar with technology and they
will learn better within technology-based environment. This is the reason I
suggested this strategy to the learning process.

Team building (group activity) isn’t just for the workplace — it can also be

the learning process.

Reflective Summary
Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your
abilities and what you have achieved this year through the
LDM course? Why or why not?

Despite the overwhelming consequences of the pandemic, this global

crisis has also been an extraordinary time for learning. We are learning how
adaptable and resilient educational systems, policy makers, teachers,
students and families can be.
For almost 8 months with this roller coaster experience, the role of
teachers is rapidly evolving becoming in many ways more difficult than when
learning took place only in person. Faced with the pandemic, we have
combined high-tech and low-tech approaches to help teachers better support
student learning.
Although it was hard in my part as mentor, but still I made things to be
better for my learners and colleagues. From the artifacts collected, I have
been realized the importance of our role as mentor in this situation. Guiding
them it right path in achieving its goal for quality education.
There are some instances that our efforts are not enough but with
proper communication and cooperation of everyone, it gives clear vision in
attaining one goal by mentoring and coaching them without uncertainty. In
fact, the other stakeholders which have great role in our education today
encouraged to help in the little way by providing the needs of the learners in
education process.
In addition, all those things I shared and mentored have great help in
their growth and development as learners and teachers. But we’ve always
take the importance of safety and care of everyone, which shall be observed
at all the time in education. If this new normal (system of education today) is
the way for us to protect everyone during this time, that is what we should be
doing.
Let’s be safe. If they think that, ‘Teachers aren’t working.’ We’re
working harder than ever and that is what Learning Delivery Modalities
helped as to do, for our task and guide us for the better and quality education
amid the pandemic.
