የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት በሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ This regulation is issued by the FDRE Council
ድርጅቶች አዋጅ ቁጥር 1113/2011 አንቀፅ of Ministers pursuant to Article 89 (1) of the
89(1) መሰረት ይህን ደንብ አውጥቷል። Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No.
1113/2019.
ክፍል አንድ PART ONE
ጠቅላላ GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. አጭር ርዕስ 1. Short Title

This Regulation may be cited as “Civil Society

የድርጅቶች መቋቋም Establishment of Organizations
3. በምዝገባ ሂደት ላይ ላሉ ድርጅቶች 3. Assistance for Registering Organizations

ስለሚደረግ ድጋፍ
1. ከኤጀንሲው ድጋፍ የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም 1. Any founding member of an Organization

4. የዘለቄታ በጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት መቋቋም 4. Establishment of Charitable Endowments
1. ኤጀንሲው በአዋጁ አንቀፅ 21 ንዑስ 1. The Agency, in accordance with Article 21

6. ህብረት 6. Consortium
1. ተመሳሳይ አላማ ያላቸው ድርጅቶች 1. Organisations with similar objectives shall

የድርጅቶች አመዘጋገብ Registration of Organizations
8. ለምዝገባ የሚያመለክቱ ድርጅቶች አድራሻ 8. Address of Organizations Applying for

Registration
1. ድርጅቶች ለምዝገባ በሚያመለክቱበት 1. If Organizations do not have a permanent

10. ስያሜ እና አርማ ላይ ስለሚቀርብ 10. Opposition On Name and Symbol

የውጭ ድርጅቶች ምዝገባ Registration of Foreign Organizations

17. ህዝባዊ መዋጮ 17. Public Collections

18. ወጪ መጋራት 18. Cost Sharing
1. ለዚህ ደንብ አላማ “ወጪ መጋራት” 1. For the purposes of this Regulation “cost

1. የበጎ አድራጎት ድርጅቶችን ለመመዝገብና 1. The Charities and Societies Council of

168/2009 በዚህ ደንብ ተሽሯል፡፡ hereby repealed.
