REALIZATION, INSIGHT AND LEARNINGS

What is the importance of having set of values in our society?

Student’s Answer:

What are values? Values reflect our decisions, our decision between
right and wrong. They are a person’s principle that directs a person’s
life. Values are what make us humans. It controls our life; those that
have good values in life are the people that are usually successful in
life. Our values dictate the direction of our lives. Personally, my
values are my parents'. They inspire me to always do my best, which
is why I work hard. So that in the future, I can give them everything
they deserve.
As a Filipino, values are very important for us. Every Filipino
has a motivation to be successful in life. Most filipinos use their
family as their values. Our family is very valuable, we will go
through anything just to be able to provide for our family. Values
guides us through our life it helps us make decisions in life.
Values plays a big part in society, certain values can dictate the
course of the society. If everyone agrees with the same thing then
the community are able to cooperate with each other. When there is
no value in our society, it will collapse. Values make our society run,
it works together to form our future.
