‫الملخص‪:‬‬

‫تناولنا من خالل هذا البحث دور إدارة المعرفة في تطوير الميزة التنافسية‪ ،‬نظ ار لمدى أهميتها ودورها‬
‫في تنمية اإلقتصاد التي تحتاج إلى التوفر المستمر للمعلومات و المعارف في عملها‪ ،‬ألنها تمثل المصدر‬
‫اإلستراتيجي واألكثر أهمية في بناء الميزة التنافسية‪ ،‬بل أصبحت العامل األقوى واألكثر تأثي ار وسيطرة في‬
‫نجاح المؤسسات أو فشلها‪.‬‬
‫حيث تعتبر المؤسسات البنكية من أكثر المؤسسات التي يقوم عملها وكيانها على المعرفة‪.‬‬
‫تهدف الد ارسة إلى التعرف على دور إدارة المعرفة في تطوير الميزة التنافسية‪ ،‬طبقت الد ارسة على بنك‬
‫الفالحة والتنمية الريفية‪ ،‬لتطبيق واختيار فرضيات الدراسة اخترنا عينة مكونة من‪20‬عامل وقمنا‬
‫باستجوابهم‪ ،‬كما اعتمدنا على برنامج اإلحصائي ‪ spss‬في تفريغ البيانات وتحليلها‪ ،‬الذي يسمح لنا‬
‫بتحديد مدى تطوير إدارة المعرفة على الميزة التنافسية من خالل إسقاط الجانب النظري على الجانب‬
‫التطبيقي‪.‬‬

Absetract:
In this research, we discussed the role of knowledge management in the
development of competitive advantage, given its importance and role in the
development of the economy, which needs the continuous availability of
information and knowledge in its work, because it represents the strategic
source and most important in building competitive advantage. Influence and
control over the success or failure of institutions.
Where banking institutions are among the most institutions whose work and
knowledge are based on knowledge.
The study aimed at identifying the role of knowledge management in
developing competitive advantage. The study was applied to the Agricultural
and Rural Development Bank. To implement and choose the hypotheses of
the study, we selected a sample of 20 workers and questioned them. We also
relied on the Spss program in data extraction and analysis, Developing
knowledge management on competitive advantage by dropping the theoretical
side on the applied side.
