Average Weighted Mean 4.66 FS

As shown in the table above, the majority of the beneficiaries are fully satisfied with the services
that they received in PAKLI, as the Average Weighted Mean is 4.66 or Fully Satisfied this implies that
the extensionists are doing well in providing the needs of the beneficiaries. It is further observed that
criteria “A.1 Ang tumong sa maong pagbansay-bansay linaw nga gipahibalo sa di pa magsugod ang
sesyon” got the highest weighted mean of 4.86 or Fully Satisfied which means that it is very clear to
the beneficiaries what are the purpose of the extension project PAKLI. Another observable result which
has the lowest weighted mean of 4.42 or Moderately Satisfied is the criteria “D.2 Ang oras nga
gigahin pagbansaybansay kay igo ra” that implies that some of the beneficiaries want the extension
project PAKLI have more time or have extended time, especially the mothers find it beneficial to their
children because aside that their children to enjoy the activities, they also learn and minimize their time
being exposed to their gadgets.

E. Over-all recommendation (to continue the project, to exit or other recommendations)

The beneficiaries are hopeful that the extension project PAKLI will continue.
F. Lessons Learned.
What are the challenges encountered in the implementation of the project? How did your team overcome these?
What lessons have you learned to improve the implementation of your next project phase? What capability-
building activities does your team need?
The challenge we encountered before the implementation is that, at first the Barangay Officials
are not open to the idea of having the extension project in their barangay. It seems that for them is a waste
of time especially since the project is expected to be conducted on Saturdays which is their rest day. Also,
the materials being donated during the time of the implementation of the research were transferred to the
other offices when the pandemic strikes, but because of this extension project, PAKLI was returned to the
Barangay Reading Center. We overcome these challenges by explaining and making them understand the
importance of having a Barangay Reading Center in their area, and how beneficial to the school children.
Also, seeing that the beneficiaries (children and mothers) are enjoying learning with the different activities
that we have prepared for them, makes them excited and looking forward to the next sessions.
