(director, choreographer, light designer, sound designer, make-up designer,
and playwright).

Role”.

This time I will divide the class into 3 groups.

This will be the group Totoy Sipilyo, and you are
the Magkano group and the last group will be the
group Talaga.

What you are going to do is, when I call Totoy

Sipilyo, the group will stand and say “PO?”. The
same with the other groups. The twist here is
when I call Totoy Sipilyo and then they answer
me with “PO”, but I follow up it with “Magkano
Kayo?” then the group will stand still and
answer, “Isang piso po.” Similar with the other
group, Magkano will answer me with,
“dalawang piso po” and “tatlong piso po” for Yes, Sir!
the Talaga group.

What comes into your mind when

you hear the word actor/performer?

Correct!

Actors or Performers are people who entertain an

audience by acting, singing, or dancing.

They play characters on stage or screen and work with

the direction of the creative team to bring a piece of
theatre to life.

What are the main responsibilities of an

actor/performer?
Production staff sir are the

producing or making a play, show, or movie?
Well said! Without the production staff the
play, movie, or show won’t be created or
produced the way is it imagined or visualize
since they are the ones who will take care or
handle the needs of the entire team.
However, what will happen if the production
staff will not be able to do their duties or
works in the production?
Very good!
That is why each of the production staff plays
a vital role in producing a quality output to
entertain well and deliver the message of the
play effectively.
How about the actor/performer? What will
happen if they will neglect their
responsibilities and won’t follow the
production team?

January in Cebu City, and it is the centre
