5. ዝርዝር ጉዳዩ በተራ ቁጥር 2 እና 3 በተገለፀው መሠረት ወደ ሀገር ውስጥ ያስገባሁትን መሣሪያ ከተፈቀደ ቦታና አላማ ውጭ
ላለመጠቀም፤ መሣሪያዎቹ ሲወገዱ ወይንም ወደ ሌላ ዓላማና ቦታ ሲዘዋወሩ ለማሳወቅ፤ ይህም ሆኖ ሳይገኝ በኃላፊነት
ልጠየቅ ይህንን የኢንፎርሜሽን መረብ ደህንነት ኤጀንሲ የደህንነት ስምምነት በመቀበል በፊርማዬ አረጋግጣለሁ፡፡
According to No. 2 and 3 mentioned above; agreed not to violate/change both the purpose of the use and the places of
installation of the equipment imported. I/We also agree to inform when both the purpose and the place of installation
changed or when it is eradicate from using it. Therefore, I/we accept these responsibilities and singed the security
agreement of INSA.

6. ውሉ ከተፈፀመ ከአንድ አመት በኋላ የድጋሚ ውል መፈፀም እንዲሁም በተጠቀሰዉ ግዜ ውስጥ ስለእቃው ሁኔታ ሪፖርት
