MY IMMERSION EXPERIENCE
Cyrus G. Fajardo
DEDICATION AND
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

First, I would like to thank the Lord for His protection during our work immersion and for keeping us safe
throughout the experience

. I would also like to express my gratitude to our teachers who accompanied us on the first day and
ensured that nothing untoward happened to us

. Many thanks to the entire staff of MDRRMO for welcoming us and sharing their knowledge, which we
can use to help others.

And lastly, thank you to our teacher, Sir Bong, for all the lessons and constant guidance. We truly
appreciate your teachings, and you are the best sir
PROFILE AUTOBIOGRAPHY

On our first day at MDRRMO, I was quite nervous because I thought we might be put through difficult
situations, and there were also students from other schools with us. However, when the class started,
we were delighted because while Sir Leo was teaching, he made the atmosphere more relaxed by
cracking jokes. In the afternoon, we were asked to dance to wake up our bodies. The following day, they
made us exercise and taught us about emergency preparedness, bandaging, types of carries, and CPR.
Every day, we had group activities and tests, and although it was tiring, it was still enjoyable because we
learned something new every day
ACCOMPLISHMENT

In my immersion experience, I had a lot of fun, but it was also a bit limited. In the afternoons, we didn’t
really have much to do; we just rested. Sometimes they would give us a few tasks, and I learned a lot
because while we were working, I would also ask various questions.

During our 10-day work immersion, I learned how to collaborate effectively with my group and overcome
my shyness. I realized that it's important not to be nervous so that I can perform my tasks correctly. We
mastered the techniques of bandaging and various types of knots, as well as the proper way to lift and
carry an injured patient. We achieved this through regular group activities and tests. We also learned
how to perform CPR on both adults and children, emphasizing the importance of being cautious in our
actions. If you feel unsure about a procedure and think you cannot perform it properly, it's better not to
proceed to avoid any potentail harm
