Reducing TAT to disbursement:-API integration with NBFCs
• Led collaboration with lending teams and NBFC partners to streamline loan disbursement TAT. Developed and
implemented APIs to automate BRE and loan sanctioning process., shortening TAT from 7-10 days to 30 mins.
Quickfee:- Providing Fee collection solutions to schools.
• Led the development of a payment platform, enabling direct payments through PG or BNPL. Designed a flexible
architecture for seamless integration, developed internal tools for team visibility, and implemented NPS/CX tickets
for user feedback. Feature Launched to 700+ schools.
APP Gamification:- App UI improvements
• Designed and implemented a reward point system for nudging users towards intended actions, with gamification
elements such as leaderboards and an activity centre. Integrated the APP with Procampus ERP for daily updates for
students. Moving 42% of M.A.U to Loan Application creation.
EDinfinity - Online Course reselling platform, MVP to GTM
• Mapped user journeys, created SOPs for (40+) item listing and fulfilment, and implemented payment,
communications, catalogue categorisation, and SEO optimisation. Developed internal tools for coupon code
management and integrated customer marketing modules for offers and discounts.
