AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT;
This Agreement made and entered into by the Barangay Council of Calaocan, Bambang, Nueva
Vizcaya headed by its Punong Barangay JOCELYN G. ADZUARA called the FIRST PARTY, and the
DAY CARE WORKER and the PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN of Calaocan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya,
called the Second Party, witnesseth;

That the FIRST PARTY is the custody of all Barangay possession situated at Punawa, Calaocan,
Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, while the SECOND PARTY are the Day Care Worker and Pre-School
Children of Punawa, Calaocan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya who signified their desire to use the
Day Care Center for room purposes for a consideration which FIRST PARTY also accepted but
subject to the following terms and conditions;

1. The relationship between them all govern by agreement at the time of occupancy of the
building;
2. This endeavor shall cover of unlimited as long as the program of the government (Day
Care) exist and there is no renewal of this agreement as the expiration date whatsoever,
be made;
3. The SECOND PARTY shall satisfy the FIRST PARTY being the custody of the building,
observe cleanliness to the building premises be maintained;
4. The FIRST PARTY up to their term of office shall help the SECOND PARTY regarding the
maintenance and improvement of the said building and will also furnish a copy of this
Agreement to the Barangay Council elected;
5. That the parties hereunto pledge, abide and comply faithfully the terms and conditions
of this agreement.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, parties hereunto set their hands on this 1st day of June 2016 at Barangay
Calaocan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.

AGREEMENT

Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya headed by its Punong Barangay CHRISTOPHER C. MADERA
hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY, and MYRNA MARTHA TIBUNSAY, Punawa Day Care Worker
and the PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN of Calaocan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, called the Second Party,

WITNESSETH;

That the FIRST PARTY is the custody of all Barangay possession situated at Punawa,
Calaocan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, while the SECOND PARTY are the Day Care Worker and
Pre-School Children of Punawa, Calaocan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya who signified their desire to
use the Day Care Center for room purposes for a consideration which FIRST PARTY also
accepted but subject to the following terms and conditions;
