Procedure

Step Action
1. Begin by navigating to the Offers Workbench page.

Click the iRecruitment Recruiter, Vision Corporation link.

2. Click the Offers Workbench link.

3. Use the Offers Workbench page to search, track, and take further action on
offers.

4. Click the Status list.

5. Click the Approved list item.

6. Click the Go button.

7. Click the Todd, Amy link.

8. Use the Candidate Details page to view the application details, create offers and
communication messages, and update the status.

12. Use the Withdraw Offer page to withdraw an offer.

13. Click the Offer Withdrawal Reason list.

14. Click the Failed Background Check list item.

15. Click in the Notes field.

16. Enter the desired information into the Notes field. Enter "Received information
from reference checks that the applicant is not qualified for the job.".

17. Click the Submit button.

18. Click the vertical scrollbar.

19. After the transaction is complete, the offer status changes to Closed with the
Offer Close
Reason as Offer Withdrawn.
20. You have successfully withdrawn an offer.
