-The production line is optimized by the developed machines.

-After packing into boxes, each box will be ticked and moved to the warehouse.
-When shipping goods, worker will bring the boxes which are in the same consignment. If a
product is malfunctioned, they can know the machine which made this product and they can zone
the problems. If the problems of the machine aren’t detected, all products in the production line
will be malfunctioned.
=> Ticking boxes is very important in supply chain of the company.

*Researching:

-In the future, the company will use A.I in the manufacturing. They drew the lines in the factory
to make the ways for robots. These robots will help to bring the final goods to warehouse.

*Knowledges:
-After the field trip, I have more experiences. The important lesson which I learned is you must
to improve your reputation. To do this, the company have many activities:
+ Use and research the developed technologies to optimized their products and fixed the
problems. So, customers will have quality products with a short time.
+ The factory and the infrastructure always in the best condition (the temperature always is
stabilized for work)
+ Customer care mode is devoted.

*Questions:
-When our class visited around the company and the factory, we saw another product of
Phenikaa group. It is VICOSTONE quartz. I don’t know why they weren’t brought to the
warehouse; they just have covered by the canvases. I think the weather conditions can make the
bad impacts to the stones. I hope you can explain for me, thank you so much.

LAST WORDS:
I have learnt many things from the field trip, thanks the Phenikaa group facilitated for us to have
the real-life experiences. I’m very grateful. I hope Phenikaa will be more successful in the future.
