о очікує нас за рогом
сьогодення? Де кується
майбутнє (окрім Силіконо-
вої долини та наших голів)?
Чи справді варто кувати майбутнє,
поки реальність не вистигла? До
чого готувати нам наших дітей та у
яких професій є майбутнє?
Насправді, у жодних професій
немає майбутнього, принаймні
такого, яке ми здатні уявити. Тому,
мабуть, потрібно взагалі перестати
готувати дітей до того чи того
майбутнього. Нам здається, що
ми зобов’язані щось передати,
чогось навчити. Нині не лише
наше суспільство, а й технології
змінилися настільки, що батьки,
мабуть, мало що можуть пере-
дати своїм дітям. Раніше батько
навчав свого сина — як орати та
обробляти землю, як будувати

будинок. Син передавав ці знання
своєму синові, і так відбувалося із
покоління в покоління. Сьогодні
базові технології змінюють одна
одну дуже швидко. Наші діти нині
настільки тісно пов’язані зі світом
цифрових технологій — актив-
но використовують планшети,
віртуальну і 3D-реальність, що
більшість з них можна назвати
«цифровими людьми». Вони вже
власноруч налаштовують Windows
своїм батькам, дізнаються про
погоду через додаток і смартфон,
самі знімають і монтують ролики
для Youtube. Часто діти ліпше за
батьків розбираються в тому, як
побудоване сучасне суспільство,
чого варта політика чи куди крокує
наш світ.
Утім, батьки передусім можуть
допомогти дитині вирости свідо-

мою людиною, тобто такою, що
намагається об’єктивно усвідомити
свою роль у світі, суспільстві,
родині і при цьому мислити
критично. Ось у чому, напевне, має
полягати ключове завдання батьків.
Допомогти дітям мати власну
думку, бути самостійними, а не
наслідувати чужі вчинки, не діяти
і не поводитися шаблонно. Адже
нам з дитячого садка нав’язують
своєрідні патерни і певні шаблони:
ходити парами, спати вдень, їсти
кашу. Можливо, все це робиться з
хороших мотивів. Однак саме це
й перетворює дітей на істот, що
мислять і діють шаблонами.
Налаштувати своє чадо на само­
пізнання, підказати, як пізнавати
світ самостійно, тобто навчитися
вчитися — ось у чому батьки
здатні допомогти дитині. Нехай
«навчитися вчитися» звучить дещо
каламбурно, втім, це саме те,
що потрібно. Не стільки навчити,
скільки допомогти. Однак, знову ж
таки, допомогти дитині не навча-
тися, а зрозуміти самій, як краще
сягнути певної мети, яким чином
пізнавати ті чи ті об’єкти. Для цього
потрібно створити платформу,
певну територію для пізнання. Слід
не навчати тих чи тих речей, а ро-
бити якомога більше справ разом.
Наприклад, разом йти з дитиною
в арт-студію і навчатися малювати
(навіть якщо ви ні бельмеса в тому
не тямите). Тобто не просто віддати
її на курси малювання, а разом з
нею пізнавати світ. І не факт, що
батьки зможуть досягти успіху
в усьому. Цілком можливо, що
дитина обжене їх у певних речах та
здібностях.
У чому ж полягає ризик най-
ближчого майбутнього? Напевно,
у збільшенні вікової нерівності,
або ж, як часто зараз говорять, в
ейджизмі. Діти й підлітки найбіль-
ше готові до нового світу. Іноді
вони взагалі перестають відчувати
реальну потребу в дорослих.
Змінюються авторитети. Якщо
раніше фахівець будував кар’єру,
спираючись на свій досвід, то тепер
кар’єру будують завдяки відсутно-
сті цього досвіду. Нині, якщо ти не
працював в уряді, тобі легше отри-
мати посаду заступника міністра,
ніж людині з великим досвідом.
Те саме й у бізнесі. Виявляється,
що для економіки інноваційного
суспільства здатність творити,
створювати щось нове цінується
вище за досвід. І це враховують
роботодавці, коли наймають на
роботу маркетологів, фінансистів,
програмістів, стартаперів, креа-
тивників. А що більший твій досвід,
то важче бути інноваційним. Що
можна з цим зробити? Відповідь
проста — навчатися разом з діть-
ми, позбуватися шаблонів, оволоді-
вати новими технологіями, щодня
здобувати нові знання, тобто разом
з молодим поколінням отримувати
для себе перепустку в майбутнє.
Як бачимо, ієрархія цінностей та
пріоритетів у суспільстві змінюєть-
ся дуже швидко. І, безперечно, це
позначається на освіті. Хтось може
поцікавитися: «Навіщо отримувати
освіту, якщо майже всі успішні
стартапери вищої освіти не мають
і в школі вчилися так собі? Мало
хто розуміє, що нині з мільйонів
стартаперів успішними стають не
десятки, а лічені одиниці, а решта
змушена йти на роботу. А там вже
цінується не лише творче мислен-
ня, а й знання.
У сучасному світі кількість та якість
зв’язків між людьми збільшуються
щомиті і, відповідно, підвищується
складність самого світу і світобу-
дови загалом. Якщо раніше не було
стільки розвинених технологій
(смартфонів, Facebook, Google
тощо), то зараз усі технології є
під рукою. У новому світі дифузія
інновацій, тобто процес взаємного
проникнення ідей, різко пришвид-
шується. Новітні ідеї проникають
всюди миттєво. Ти тільки-но
щось вигадав, а виявляється,
що вже дюжина людей цю ідею
реалізувала. А хтось навіть встиг
заробити на цьому капітал, і ти вже
ніби запізнюєшся. Потрібно бути
набагато швидшими, ніж ми були
раніше. Усе це веде до того, що
дедалі більше цінується здатність
створювати нові ідеї, аніж, як ми
вже зазначали, той досвід, який у
тебе є в тій чи тій галузі.
Що ми маємо на увазі, коли
говоримо про платформу для
пізнання дитиною світу? Мабуть,
це певний простір для розвитку та
навчання, який створюють батьки
для свого сина чи доньки. Певний
вільний простір без тотального
контролю! Нині нам усім слід
відмовитися від патерної моделі,
коли дитина мусить навчатися і при
цьому кожен її рух контролюється.
«Ти зачесався, а руки вимив?» —
начебто, якщо не контролювати
дитину, то вона руки не вимиє і не
причепуриться. Це трохи нагадує
картину із забороною популярних
соціальних мереж: нас запевняють,
що все заради нашого блага, адже
якщо ми сидітимемо, скажімо, в
«Однокласниках», то мимоволі
піддамося пропаганді. Тобто наш
вибір насправді нам не належить,
тому його роблять за нас. Або
такий приклад: вважається, якщо
студента не перевіряти на кон-
трольних колоквіумах, то він уже і
не вчитиметься нормально. Але ж
погодьтеся — це маячня!
У новому світі всі ці моделі не
працюватимуть. Діятимуть лише
ті, за яких освіта та саморозвиток
стануть частиною єства людини.
Нині отримання певної професії
не має бути єдиним й остаточним
вибором. Стимулювати дітей, аби
вони визначались у 12, 15, 18 і
навіть 22 роки, вже немає сенсу.
Уявімо лишень: людина обирає
професію бухгалтера, а через два-
три роки після початку навчання
виявляється, що бухгалтери вже не
потрібні, оскільки все автомати-
зовано, і такої професії практично
не існує. Тож чи варто сьогодні
обирати професію раз і на все
життя? Певно, сучасна освіта має
формуватися впродовж усього
життя людини. Тож і професій
можна отримувати безліч.
І ще один момент. Мабуть, голов-
ним інструментом для заробітку
та саморозвитку в найближчій
перспективі стане креативність.
Тож дуже важливо в наш час
розвивати цю креативність у дітях,
навчати їх завжди створювати щось
інше, показувати і знаходити те,
чого досі ніхто не бачив (власне,
це те, що відрізняє нас від роботів,
адже щодо фантазії — вони нам не
конкуренти). Ми маємо розвивати
як у дітях, так і в собі здатність
постійно творити, виходити за
рамки наявних стандартів. Коли
дитина малює будиночок і він у
неї виходить круглий, потрібно
хвалити, а не лаяти, що в буди-
ночка неквадратні стіни. Це дуже
важливо — концентруватися не
на помилках, а на тому, що кожна
дитина вміє робити добре.
Тож не варто обмежувати
дитину у використанні ґаджетів
чи комп’ютера, оскільки це нібито
шкодить здоров’ю. Ні, заборонами
нічого не доб’єшся. Адже що більше
забороняють, то більше тягне до
забороненого. А от мотивувати,
створювати інші можливості, на-
вчати слухати музику з усіх куточ-
ків світу, дивитися з дітьми сучасну
авторську анімацію (а не Діснея
і марвелівські серіали), читати з
ними книжки — не примушувати,
а разом читати й обговорювати,
просто для того, щоб дитина вміла
знаходити смаколики всюди, у різ-
них речах — ось базові завдання
для батьків. Мотивувати, пояснюва-
ти, робити самому, робити разом.
Світ прийдешнього будується на
взаємодії, на співтворчості, на
співтворінні.
Адже що в майбутньому цінувати-
меться найбільше? Не володіння
певними ресурсами, позаяк доступ
до ресурсів з часом буде необме-
жений. І не кількість грошей, бо
гроші можуть стати великою умов-
ністю найближчим часом (взагалі,
вимальовується перспектива, що
невдовзі застаріла монетарна си-
стема може відійти у небуття). Важ-
ливими стануть здатність викликати
довіру в інших людей, репутація,
вміння бути відкритим, «своїм» для
інших людей. Довіра — це дуже
тонка матерія. Потрібно допомогти
дитині навчитися визначати: кому
можна довіряти, на якій підставі і
як самому стати людиною, якій мо-
жуть довіряти. Саме поняття довіри
та репутації потрібно формувати
з дитинства. Адже в Інтернет-про-
сторі ти вже нічого не приховаєш.
Тож іще однією особливістю нової
доби, безперечно, стане відкритість
до світу.
Нині в кожного є можливість
навчитися жити у відкритому
світі, якщо критично мислити,
усвідомлено діяти, комунікувати,
будувати світ разом з іншими
людьми. Жити у світі, не обтяже-
ному володінням матеріальними
ресурсами, адже не обов’язково
чимось володіти, щоб відчувати
себе щасливим. Бути гнучким,
рухатися, подорожувати, бути в
гармонії з природою, із соціумом,
з простором. Нині людство пере-
живає останній етап накопичення
капіталу. На наступному етапі
всі матеріальні потреби людини
будуть реалізовані. Завдяки
штучному інтелекту, роботам, а
також безумовному базовому
доходу, який рано чи пізно буде
введений в усьому світі, людина
зможе жити й творити у зовсім
іншій реальності.
А що стане найважливішим у
світі загального матеріального
достатку? Безперечно, здатність
якомога більше віддати, а не
якомога більше приховати. Тож,
як зазначав німецький філософ
і психолог Еріх Фромм у своїй
роботі «Мати чи бути?», однією з
головних прикмет майбутнього є
переорієнтація людства з модусу
володіння (постійного прагнення
щось мати) на модус буття. Адже
буття — це той спосіб людського
існування, що допомагає вира-
жати і розвивати свої здібності,
таланти, якими природа наділила
кожного. Бути можна поетом,
художником, композитором.
Люди, орієнтовані на володіння,
прив’язані до минулого, до того,
що вони накопичили (гроші,
славу, соціальний статус). Ті ж,
що керуються настановою «бути»,
налаштовані на процес, станов-
лення. Саме вони матимуть той
шанс, про який свого часу говорив
Валер’ян Підмогильний, — шанс
знайти промінець світла, шанс на
свідоме буття: «Життя хоче бути.
І однаково як — чи сонцем сві-
тити, чи зорею линути в просторі,
чи квіткою пахнути, чи людиною
сміятися… Життя хоче бути!»

SOMEWHERE. WE ARE NOWHERE JUST BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUCH PLACE AT ALL, ABOUT WHICH ONE COULD SAY THAT WE
ARE IN IT.
W hat awaits us today? Where’s the future (apart from the silicon valley
and our heads)? Is it really worth forging the future, until reality is
over? What to prepare our children for and what professions have the
future?
In fact, no profession has a future, at least a future that we can imagine. There-
fore, perhaps, it is necessary to cease to prepare children for this or that future.
It seems to us that we are obliged to convey something, teach something. Most
likely, now not only our society, but also technology has changed so much that
parents may not have much to convey to their children. Earlier, the father taught
his son, his son passed this knowledge to his son, and so happened from
generation to generation. How to plough and cultivate the land, how to build
a house. Now basic technologies are changing one another very quickly. Our
children today are so closely connected with the world of digital technologies,
they actively use tablets, virtual and 3D-reality that most of them can be called
«digital people». They are already configuring Windows themselves to their
parents, find out the weather through the application on their smartphone,
make and mount for Youtube themselves. More often children are better at
understanding than their parents how modern society is built, what the policy
is, where the world is going.
However, parents can help the child, above all, grow up a conscious person,
that is, trying to objectively understand his role in the world, in society, in the
family, and at the same time think critically. This is probably about the parent’s
key task. To help children to have their own thoughts, to be independent,
and not to imitate others’ deeds, to not act and behave strangely. After all,

pairs, sleep in the afternoon, eat porridge. Perhaps all this is done for the best
reasons. However, it turns children into pattern thinking and pattern acting
creatures.
Set up your child on self-knowledge, show how to learn the world on their own,
that is — learn to learn. This is where parents can help the child. Let it sound
a bit punch (learn to learn), but that’s exactly what you need. Not so much to
teach, but to help. But, again, help not learn, but help the child understand
himself how to better achieve a certain goal, how to identify certain objects.
To do this, you need to create a platform, a certain area for knowledge. Do as
many things as possible. Do not teach one or another thing, but do it all to-
gether. For example, go along with the child to the art studio and learn to draw
(though you do not know anything). That is, do not just give your child to the
drawing courses. And go with her/him. To learn the world together. And it’s not
a fact that parents can achieve in all their success, it is possible that the child
will overcome them in certain things and abilities.
What is the risk of the near future? Probably an increase in age-related inequal-
ity. Or, as they say more often now — ageism. Children and teens are better
prepared for a new world. Sometimes they do not really feel the real need for
adults. Authorities are changing. If a specialist previously built a career based
on his experience, now a career is being built due to the lack of this experience.
Now if you have not worked in the government, it’s easier for you to get a post
of deputy minister than a person with a lot of experience. The same thing is
in business. When employing marketers, financiers, programmers, start-ups,

creators, it turns out that for the economy of an innovative society, the ability
to create something new is valued above the experience. And the more your
experience is, the more difficult it is to be innovative. What can you do with it?
The answer is simple — to learn with the children, to get rid of the patterns, to
master new technologies, to get new knowledge every day, that is, together with
young generations to get a pass for the future.
As we see, the hierarchy of values and priorities in society varies very rapidly.
And this, of course, affects the education. Someone may be interested in:
Why to get education if almost all successful start-uppers do not have higher
education and learned in school not so good? Few people realize that now out
of millions of start-uppers, not just tens, but a few become successful, and the
rest are forced to go to work. And there not only creative thinking is appreciat-
ed, but also their knowledge.
In the modern world, the quantity and quality of connections between people
increases each time and, accordingly, the complexity of the world itself and the
world order as a whole increases. If there were not so many advanced techno­
logies (smartphones, Facebook, Google...) before, now all the technologies are
at hand. In the new world, the diffusion of innovation, that is, the process of
mutual penetration of ideas, is sharply accelerated. The latest ideas penetrate
faster everywhere. You just came up with something, but it turns out that
already a dozen people have implemented this idea, and someone already even
earned money on this and you are already as if late. One needs to be much
faster than we used to be. All this leads to the fact that the ability to create
new ideas is more and more appreciated, rather than, as we have noted, the
experience that you have in one or another discipline.
What do we mean when we talk about the platform for learning of the world by
the child? Probably this is a certain area of development and education that
parents do for their son or daughter. Some free space, without total control.
Today, we all should abandon the pattern model when the child is to be trained,
therefore, each of his/her movements is controlled. «Have you combed your
hair, and your hands washed?» Like, if you do not control the child, then
he/she does not wash hands and comb. This is a little like a picture of the
prohibition of popular social networks: we are assured that everything is for
the sake of our good, because if we sit, for example, in «Classmates», we will
voluntarily give ourselves to propaganda. That is, our choice does not really
belong to us, so it is done for us. Or such an example: it is considered that if
the student is not checked by the control colloquiums, then he will not be able
to study normally. But, you agree, this is stuff and nonsense!
In the new world, all these models will not work. There will be only those
models in which education and self-development will become part of the
human being. At present, getting a particular profession should not be the only
and final choice. There is no sense in encouraging pupils to identify them-
selves in 12, 15, 18, and even 22. Imagine a person choosing a profession as
an accountant, and after two or three years after starting a study, it turns out
that the accountant is no longer needed, because everything is automated, and
such a profession is practically non-existent. So is it worth today to choose a
profession once and for all life? Apparently, the present education should be
formed throughout life. So you can get a lot of professions.
And one more moment. Perhaps the main tool for earnings and for self-deve­
lopment in the future for the coming years will be creativity. It is very important
in our time to develop this creativity in children, to teach them to always

create something different. Show and find what nobody saw (in essence, what
distinguishes us from robots because they are not rivals in imagination). We
need to develop in children and in ourselves the ability to regularly create, go
beyond the existing standards. When a child paints a house, and the house is
round, praise, and not shout at him/her because it has no square walls. It is
very important to focus not on mistakes, but on the fact that each child is able
to do well.
So, you should not restrict your child to using gadgets, computers, because it
is allegedly harmful to health — no. You will not achieve great successes by
prohibition. After all, the more is prohibited, the more it attracts. But motivate,
create other possibilities, learn to listen to music from all corners of the world,
watch with children the modern author’s animation (not Disney and Marvel’s
serials), read books with children, do not coerce, but read and discuss togeth-
er, just for the child to be able to find goodies everywhere, in different things -
these are the basic tasks for parents. Motivate, explain, do it yourself, do it
together. The future world is based on interaction, co-creation, and co-creation.
After all, what will be most appreciated? Not owning certain resources, since
access to resources over time will be unlimited. And not the amount of money,
since money can become a big consonance in the near future (in general, there
is a chance that the outdated monetary system will soon go to nothing). Im-
portant will be the ability to bring other people’s trust, reputation, ability to be
open, «yours» to other people. Trust is a very delicate matter. It is necessary
to help the child learn how to determine who can be trusted, and on what basis
and how to become a person who can be trusted. It is the concept of trust and
reputation to be formed from childhood. After all, in the Internet space you
do not hide anything. This is another feature of the new era, of course, will be
openness to the world.
Now everyone has the opportunity to learn to live in an open world, if they can
critically think, consciously act, communicate, build a world together with other
people. To live in a world not burdened with possession of material resources,
to live in a world in which it is not necessary to possess something, to feel
happy, to be flexible, to move, to travel, to be in harmony with nature, with
society, with space. Now humanity is the last stage of capital accumulation.
At the next stage all material needs will be realized. Thanks to artificial intelli-
gence and robots, due to unconditional basic income, which will be introduced
sooner or later around the world, a person will be able to live and work in a
completely different reality.
And what will be important in a world with a general material wealth? So,
the ability to give as much as possible, and not the ability to hide as much
as possible. So, as noted by the German psychologist and philosopher
Erich Fromm in his work «To have or to be?», one of the main attributes of
the future is the reorientation of mankind from the mode of ownership (the
constant desire to have something) to the mode of being. After all, being is
the way of human existence that helps to express and develop their abilities,
talents, which nature has given to everyone. Being a poet, artist, composer.
People oriented to possessions are tied to the past, to what they have accu-
mulated (money, glory, social status). Those who are guided by the «to be»
instruction are set to process, to become. It is precisely they who will have
the chance that Valerian Pidmohylny called a chance to find a light bulb, a
chance for a conscious life: «Life wants to be. And the same way whether the
sun to shine, whether to sink in a space, or to smell a flower, or to laugh with
a person... Life wants to be!»
