1. Construction of an activity matrix on the implementation of the Psychosocial
Support to Students
2. Sharing of ideas on the conduct of the PSS activities included in the
Psychosocial Support Activity Pack Teacher’s Guide

III. Minutes
1. The focus group discussion (FGD) started at exactly 1:30 pm with Mrs.
Christine Ann Quelbio leading an opening prayer.

2. The session secretary Mr. Mark Angelo R. Damo checked the attendance.
After declaring a quorum, the moderator Dr. Emelyn V. Cudapas, gave an
overview of the session’s topic/purpose.

3. The session leader Mr. Jayson D. Adena presented the agenda. He stressed the
importance of the FGD is not only to foster collaboration between participants
but also to strategically plan for the implementation

4. The group arrived at a consensus that the following matrix of activities be
strictly followed to complete the full implementation of the Psychosocial
Support Activities for Students:
