Once we have anything we should interface with other disciplines, we

 circulate the information and sign it off after reviewing and commenting on it.

And also we have regular and irregular meetings to discuss those concerns.

OK. Say, you have an engineer, and he or she is going to work for this plant.
AUD:

How do you tell him or her what he or she needs to do?

그 사람이 뭘 해야 하는지 어떻게 말해줍니까?

How do you give relevant information to the engineer?

Basically, we have a technical specification in our contract.

See Appendix F. It is also available on-line to every engineer.

기본적으로, 기술적인 스펙은 계약서에 있지요.

되어 있습니다.

And once any additional data or information is received, I distribute it to each

engineer in the form of design memo through e-mail or face-to-face

communication.

As I said earlier, we discuss those matters in meetings.
