III. MGA NATALAKAY:

A. Maikling Oryentasyon sa GAS Track

 Discussed by the adviser Raqel S. Domingo. She clarified and gave additional
information regarding GAS curriculum and K+12 updates.
She also explained SHS students’ schedule.

B. Polisiya o Alituntunin ng Paaralan

 Discussed by adviser and these are the consensus of parents regarding the
behavioral problem or offenses committed by the students:

FOR MINOR OFFENSE:

  Not Wearing a proper uniform, Earrings (boys), hair color, unauthorized use of
cellphone when class is on-going, late, absenteeism and etc., student will write a
promissory note for the first and second offense and allowed to enter the class, but if
they committed it again for the third time, the student for the last time will write a
promissory note and allowed to attend class but with the condition that the student
will bring his/her parent/guardian in the next morning. For formality reason, the
adviser will give an invitation for a Guidance conference.

 If Major Offense have been committed, automatically the adviser will call the
attention of the parent/guardian and discuss the case with the Adviser, Guidance
Counselor and the Principal of the school ; and will decide what sanction should
be apply based from the degree of offense

C. Eleksyon ng Pinuno ng PTA

1. Raqel S. Domingo; Gr.13- GAS Adviser facilitated the election of SHS-PTA
officers.
 Attached on this minutes of meeting the list of new SHS-PTA officers.

D. Panukalang Proyekto ng PTA at iba pang bagay

 Other matters and concerns like Homeroom PTA projects will be discuss by
the officers on our next meeting on the First distribution of cards by August.
