Tayong mga guro, empleyado, magulang at mag-aaral ay ninanais na pumunta o pumasok sa loob ng

eskwelahan ng ligtas sa mga askidente o kapahamakan. Gusto rin natin sa loob ng kwarto o opisina ay
komportable tayong nakakapagtrabaho o nakakapagturo. Kung kompartable ang ating silid-aralan ay
hindi mag-aalala o mag-iisip ng masama ang mga magulang dahi nasa ligtas na lugar ang kanilang mga
anak.

Dahil dito, nag-isip ng ideya o paraan ang proponent ng proposal na ito upang maging ligtas ang silid-
aralan o opisina. Kung ligtas ang mga gusali ng paaralan ay magiging ligtas din ang mga taong nasa loob
nito gaya ng mga guro, empleyado, punong-guro, magulang at lalong higit sa lahat, ang ating mga mag-
aaral.

Ang unang hakbang na ginawa ng proponent ay isa-isang ininapeksyon ang kwarto ng bawat gusali at
kinunan ng larawan ang mga lugar na kung saan ang mga linya ng koryente ay talagang hindi ligtas sa
mga taong nasa loob nito.

Base sa assessment at estado ng mga lugar ay maaaring maging dahilan ito ng aksidente sa mga tao at
maari ring pag-simulan ng sunog kapag nagkataon.

Upang matugunan ang nasabing mga isyu, hinahangad ng poponent na magkaroon ng isang malawakang
pagkumpuni sa bawat kwarto o gusali na mayroong luma na ang wiring, faulty electrical wiring o lugar
na kailangang malagyan ng bagong linya ng koryente.

Mga mga paraan na gagawin sa pagsasaayos o pagkumpuni ng electrical wiringi/Job Specifications

1. Pagpapalit sa mga lumang linya o wire

2. Pagpapalit o paggamit ng breaker sa lugar na mataas ang risk na bumigay ang linya na maaring
pagsimulan ng sunog
3. Paglalagay ng bagong linya ng koryente sa isang gusali ng paaralan(Multi-purpose building) para
magamit ito ng mabuti kung gagamitin sa isang simpleng pagpupulong
4. Pagpapalit ng mga sirang switch
5. Pagkumpuni o pagkumpuni sa mga fluorescent lamp na hindi gumagana
6. Pagsasaayos ng mga linya ng koryenten na nagsasalimbayan na parang sampayan

Ang mga nabanggit na mga Gawain sa itaas ay isasagawa ng isa o dalawang electrician. Ang 30
porsyento ng halaga ng materyales ay ang magiging halaga ng kabayaran sa serbisyo ng mga ito.

We teachers, employees, parents and students want to enter the school safe from any harms or
accidents. We also want to be comfortable in teaching or working within the classroom or
office. If our classroom or office is a conducive learning or working environment, parents will
not worry because they know their children are safe inside the school.
In view of this, the proponent (Physical Facility Coordinator) came up with an idea to keep
people safe inside the classroom or office and/or inside the school premises. If school buildings
are safe then teachers, employees, principals, parents and most of all, our students will also be
safe. The main concept of this proposal is the school should have minor repairs/rehabilitation
on electrical wiring installations.
The first step the proponent took was an ocular inspection in the classroom of each school
building. The second step is taking photos as evidence in areas where power lines/electrical
wirings are actually unsafe for people. (please see attached pictures)
Based on the assessment of the current state of the areas, this could cause an accident to
people and could also start a fire.
To address such issues, the proponent (school facility coordinator) and school head seeks to
have a minor repair of the electrical wiring installations of each room or school building.
Ways to be done in repairing electrical wiring installations and maintenance (Job Specifications)

1. Replace old lines or wires

2. Replace old safety switches with new circuit breakers on high risk area that faulty electrical wiring
could start a fire

3. Electrical wiring installations at the Multi-purpose building so that it can be used efficiently when
small gathering is being conducted in the area

4. Replacement of broken/worn-out switches with newly purchased switches

5. Repair of fluorescent lamps that do not work and/or replacement with newly purchased fluorescent
lamp assebly

6. Rehabilitate/rewiring of electrical lines that float like a clothesline

The above mentioned tasks will be performed by two skilled electricians. 30 percent of the cost of the
materials will be the amount of compensation for their service.

Repairs will begin within ten days this June, 15 2021 until June 25, 2021 ..
