B. Performance Standard Naisisiyasat ang iba’t ibang pagbabago bagay dahil sa epekto ng
temperature.
C. Learning Competency: Nailalarawan ang epekto ng temperatura sa solid na naging gas.

Kung ang isang bagay ay may hugis at kulay, anong uri ng matter ito
kabilang?
Batay sa ginawang experiment, ilang oras ang nakalipas bago
naglaho ang mothballs?
Sublimation
Ang sublimation ay isang proseso ng pagbabagong nagaganap mula
solid patungong gas. Ito ay nangyayari kung ang isang bagay ay
naiinitan o nahahanginan. Ang mga ito ay unti-unting natutunaw at
humahalo sa hangin . Ang naphthalene balls, dry ice, solid iodine,
ammonium chloride at solid air freshener ay ilan sa mga halimbawa
ng mga matter na dumadaan sa proseso ng sublimation.

experiment na ito.

Ano ang nangyari sa lobo?
Sublimation ay isang proseso ng pagbabagong nagaganap mula solid
patungong gas. Ito ay nangyayari kung ang isang bagay ay naiinitan o
nahahanginan.
1. Ang solid air freshener ay unti unting lumiliit kapag ito ay
nanatiling nakababad sa hangin.
2. Ang botelya ng acetone na naiwang walang takip makalipas
ng ilang oras ay mawawalan ng laman.
3. Ang dry ice ay lumiliit pagkatapos ng ilang oras ng pagkaka-
expose o pagkakalantad.
4. Ang air freshener na nakasabit sa loob ng kotse ay maaaring
maging gas kahit hindi dumaan sa proseso na melting.
5. Ang iyongbasang buhook ay natuyo pagkatapos ng ilang
oras.
Magbigay ng mga gawain na nagpapakita ng proseso ng sublimation.
