Environmental Analysis
Consumer Analysis
Our business offers a service with the food that everyone wants, especially in millennials.
In Paniqui, Tarlac, people's behavior is constantly changing in terms of services they are just too
lazy to walk so we suggest that our business are 2 in 1. We can offer service at the same time ice-
cream that everyone loves. People in Paniqui are conscious about their body so the Internet is an
easy tool to get information about products, and many people like to have complete information
on a product. Even though ice cream products and beauty parlors are usually bought impulsively,
buyers do check the ingredients and brand of equipment that we use. The concerned authorities
put more and more emphasis on the protection of themselves. This is why businesses should now
use materials which can be recycled as packages for ice cream and for the equipment that we use
for massage, manicure and haircut are branded. If this business plan approve, this is the first
beauty parlor shop offer some foods so that you don't need to go somewhere else to buy
"meryenda".

Market Position
Positioning is a marketing concept that outlines what a business should do to market its
product or service to its customers. In positioning, our marketing department creates an image
for the product based on its intended customers. We created through the use of promotion, price,
place and product.
In promotion, we nurture our business by giving flyers to our potential
customers, displaying posters near our target market.
In reaching the customer it is not simply a matter of advertising, it is also a matter of
choosing the right channels for distribution. The majority of our target market lives in an urban
area with only public transportation available to them resulting for us to establish our business
near the city. Our business is positioned as a good alternative to high-priced brands, our
marketing department select the price in the middle of the market to avoid a comparison to the
cheapest end of the spectrum.
Marketing Strategy
Nearly everyone loves ice cream, but in some cases, it’s hard to increase sales. During the
summer time, sales might soar, while in the winter, you might come across a slow period.
We create fun, exciting, and engaging marketing ideas, we can increase our overall sales
of wholesale ice cream. By partnering with local or community events, we can make more
personal connections to engage directly in our communities, while also encouraging new
customers to try our wholesale ice cream. Participants will have the opportunity to experience
our cosmetic treatment, we also create new and exciting variations of deserts with our wholesale
ice cream. We allow them to make a more personal connection to our business. We try creating a
tasting bar during slow seasons and we give a discount card or business card to fair customers. If
they love our ice cream and services, they'll remember our business as the excellent fair vendor.
