2. Lesson outcome

studying at the same time using adjectives in superlative form, linking words, could, need to, and
the vocabulary presented during this week.

Step 1:
Make a list answering this question: What are the pros
and cons of working and studying at the same time?

Write your answers in the table:

Then, write your ideas using linking words, and comparative and superlative adjectives. For
example:
Working and studying at the same time is the hardest thing to do because courses are
very demanding and you need a lot of time to study, In addition, you need to learn job
skills to do your work better and devote extra time to other things as meetings, training, on-
site visits, etc.
Use some or all of these expressions to organize your writing: however, on the other hand,
