ደንብ ቁጥር 39/1997 ዓ/ም Preamble

መግቢያ

በክልሉ የትራንስፖርት መ/ቤት ሲሠራበት የቆየው Whereas the existing service charge for road
የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ክፍያ ረዘም ላለ ጊዜ
transport service serviced for a long period of time
without any amendment,
ሳይሻሻል የቆየ በመሆኑ፣

whereas the existing service charge needs another

በአሁኑ ጊዜ አገልግሎት የሚሰጥባቸው የተለያዩ
amendment due to price escalation in all item that
ህትመቶች ዋጋ በየጊዜው እየጨመረ በመምጣቱና፣
needs to deliver the service and also the bureau by
ቢሮው የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ማሻሻያ ስላላደረገ
now improving its service delivery and hence is
ለሚሰጠው አገልግሎት ተመጣጣኝ የአገልግሎት
mandatory to charge a fair fee for these services.
ክፍያ ማግኘት ያለበት በመሆኑ የአገልግሎት ታሪፍን
ማሻሻል አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ተገኝቷል፡፡

በመሆኑም በደቡብ ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክልላዊ መንግስት Accordingly the South Nations, Nationalities &

1. SHORT TITLE
1. አጭር ርዕስ
This regulation may be cited as
ይህ ደንብ ‹‹ በደቡብ ብሔሮች ብሔረሰቦችና
“Regulation No 39/2005 transport service

አገልግሎት ክፍያ ደንብ ቁጥር 39/1997 ‹‹
ተብሎ ሊጠቀስ ይችላል፡፡
2. ትርጓሜ ፣ 2. DEFINITIONS
የቃሉ አገባብ ሌላ ትርጉም የሚያሰጠው ካልሆነ Unless the context otherwise requires, in

ቢሮ›› ማለት በደቡብ ብሔሮች ብሔረሰቦችና 2.3 “ Bureau “ means the Sothern Nations

ትራንስፖርት ማስፋፊያ ቢሮ ነው፡፡ Tourism and Transport promotion Bureau

2.4 “Service charge” Means the fee for services

የሚከፈል ዋጋ ነው፡፡

2.5 “Technical inspection” means the

2.9 “Garage Certificate” means a certificate for
