እንደገና ለማቋቋም የወጣ አዋጅ CORPORATION RE-ESTABLISHMENT

PROCLAMATION

ኮርፖሬሽኑ የገቢ አቅሙ የተጠናከረ ሆኖ WHEREAS, it has become necessary to

ክፍል አንድ PART ONE

ጠቅላላ GENERAL

፩. አጭር ርዕስ 1. Short Title

ይህ አዋጅ “የኢትዮጵያ ብሮድካስቲንግ This Proclamation may be cited as the

፪. ትርጓሜ
የቃሉ አገባብ ሌላ ትርጉም የሚያሰጠው ካልሆነ
በስተቀር በዚህ አዋጅ ውስጥ፡-
፩/ “ሠራተኛ” ማለት ከዋና ሥራ አስፈፃሚ እና
ከምክትል ዋና ሥራ አስፈፃሚዎች ውጪ ያሉ
በተለያየ ደረጃ የሚገኙ አመራሮች
ኃላፊዎች/፣ ጋዜጠኞች፣ የቴክኒክ ባለሞያዎችና
ድጋፍ ሰጪ ሠራተኞችን ያካትታል፤
2. Definition
Unless the context requires otherwise, in this
Proclamation:
1/ “Employee” means any worker of the
Corporation other than the Chief Executive
/የሥራ and Deputy Chief Executives and it
includes unit leaders at various levels,
journalists, technical experts and support
staff;

፪/ “ብሮድካስቲንግ” ማለት ሕዝብን ለማስተማር፣ 2/ “Broadcasting” means audio and audio-

፫/ “ቦርድ” ማለት በጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ አቅራቢነት 3/ “Board” means the higher management
በሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት የሚሾሙ body of the Corporation composed of
አባላትን የያዘ ኮርፖሬሽኑን በበላይነት members appointed by the House of

፬/ “የበላይ ኃላፊ” ማለት የኮርፖሬሽኑ ዋና ሥራ 4/“Higher Official” includes the Corporation’s

አስፈፃሚዎችን ያካትታል፤ Executives;

፭/ “ቴሌቪዥን” ማለት ድምፅንና ሥዕልን 5/ “Television Set” means a device that

በአንቴና፣ በሳተላይት፣ በኬብል ወይም በሌላ receives, transmits and displays audio and

ተመሳሳይ መንገድ ተቀብሎ የሚያሰማ እና pictures using antenna, satellite, cable or

የሚያሳይ መሣሪያ ሲሆን ኮምፒውተር፣ other similar means but does not include

ላፕቶፕ፣ አይፓድ፣ ታብሌትን እና ስማርት computer, laptop, ipad, tablets, and smart
phones;

፮/ “ነጋዴ” ማለት የሙያ ሥራው አድርጎ ጥቅም 6/ “Trader” means a person who
ለማግኘት በቴሌቪዥን አስመጪነት፣ professionally and for gain engages in the
አከፋፋይነት ወይም ሻጭነት ተሰማርቶ importation, distribution or sale of television

የሚገኝ ሰው ማለት ነው፤ sets;

፯/ “የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤትነት እና አገልግሎት 7/ “Television Set Ownership and Service

ፍቃድ” ማለት ማንኛውም ሰው ቴሌቪዥን License” means license issued by the
ወደ ሀገር ሲያስገባ ወይም ከነጋዴ ወይም Corporation to any person who imports

፰/ “የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤትነት እና አገልግሎት ፍቃድ 8/ “Television Ownership and Service

ክፍያ” ማለት ማንኛውም የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤት License Fee” means a payment made to the
የሆነ ሰው የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤት በመሆኑ እና Corporation by any owner of a television set
ቴሌቪዥኑን የመገናኛ ብዙሃን ሥርጭትን for being the owner of a television set and

፱/ “ዲጂታል ሚዲያ” ማለት ከመደበኛ የቴሌቪዥን 9/ “Digital Media” means any transmission
እና የሬዲዮ ስርጭት ውጪ በድህረ-ገፅ፣ service made, without using the regular
በበይነ መረብ ወይም በማናቸውም የማህበራዊ television and radio broadcasting, by using

የሚደረግ የስርጭት አገልግሎት ማለት ነው፤ means;

፲/ “ክልል” ማለት በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ 10/ “Region” means any State included under
ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ሕገ-መንግሥት Article 47 of the Constitution of the Federal
አንቀፅ ፵፯ የተካተተ ማንኛውም ክልል ሲሆን Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደርና የድሬዳዋ includes Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa City
ከተማ አስተዳደርን ይጨምራል፤ Administrations;

፲፩/ “አጋር አካላት” ማለት ለኮርፖሬሽኑ ዓላማ 11/“Partners” means institutions that have
መሳካት ጉልህ ሚና ያላቸው ተቋማት እና significant roles in the achievement of the

፲፫/ ማንኛውም በወንድ ጾታ የተገለጸው የሴትንም 13/ Any expression in the masculine gender
ያካትታል፡፡ includes the feminine gender.

ክፍል ሁለት Part Two

ስለ የኢትዮጵያ ብሮድካስቲንግ ኮርፖሬሽን Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation

፫. ስለመቋቋም
3. Establishment

፩/ የኢትዮጵያ ብሮድካስቲንግ ኮርፖሬሽን (ከዚህ 1/ The Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation

በኋላ “ኮርፖሬሽን” እየተባለ የሚጠራ) የሕግ (hereinafter the “Corporation”) is hereby

፪/ ኮርፖሬሽኑ ተጠሪነቱ ለሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር 2/ The Corporation shall be accountable to

፬. ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት 4. Head Office

የኮርፖሬሽኑ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት በአዲስ አበባ The Corporation shall have its head office

branches and agents in all parts of Ethiopia

፭. የኮርፖሬሽኑ ዓላማዎች 5. Objectives of the Corporation

የኮርፖሬሽኑ ዓላማዎች፡- The objectives of the Corporation shall be:

፩/ በመገናኛ ብዙሃንና በሌሎች አግባብ ባላቸው 1/ Making the public actively participate in

ሕጎችና ፖሊሲዎች መሠረት በሀገር ውስጥና the prosperity of the country by creating

በውጭ ሀገር ስለሚፈጸሙ አበይትና ወቅታዊ awareness about all affairs taking place

relevant laws and policies, of main and
current events occurring domestically or
ሥርዓት ወይም በቀጥታ የሚገኘውን ግብዓት
in foreign country and educational and
በመጠቀም ሕዝቡ በሀገሪቱ በሚካሄዱ
entertainment programs using radio,
ሁለንተናዊ ጉዳዮች ላይ ግንዛቤ ኖሮት በሀገር
television and digital media and by using
ብልፅግና ላይ ንቁ ተሳታፊ እንዲሆን ማድረግ፤
inputs received from the public directly
or through feedback procedures;

፪/ በህዝቦች መካከል በመተማመን ላይ የተመሰረተ 2/ Supporting national effort that is made to

፮. የኮርፖሬሽኑ ሥልጣንና ተግባራት 6. Power and Responsibilities of the

Corporation
ኮርፖሬሽኑ የሚከተሉት ሥልጣንና ተግባራት
The Corporation shall have the following
ይኖሩታል፡- power and responsibilities:

፩/ ለሕዝብ ጠቃሚና አስፈላጊ የሆኑ ዜናዎችና 1/ To gather and prepare news and news
መዋዕለ-ዜናዎችን ማሰባሰብ፣ ማዘጋጀትና packages which are useful to and
በሬዲዮ፣ በቴሌቪዥንና በዲጂታል ሚዲያ necessary for the public and broadcast

local and foreign languages;

፪/ ለዲሞክራሲ ሥርዓት ግንባታ፤ ለሁለንተናዊ 2/ To present educational and informative

እድገት እና ለሀገራዊ አንድነት ህብረተሰቡን programs which motivates the society for
የሚያነሳሱ፤ በህዝቦች መካከል መቀራረብን building democratic system, overall

የሚያጎሉ እንዲሁም በመተማመን ላይ development, and national unity; promote

የተመሰረተ አንድነት ለማምጣት የሚያስችሉ proximity among peoples; and enable

ትምህርታዊና አሳዋቂ ፕሮግራሞችን bringing about trust-based unity; and,

የማቅረብ፣ የመንግሥትን ፖሊሲዎችና ሕጎች introduce government policies and laws

ለሕዝብ ማስተዋወቅ፤ to the public;

፫/ ሕዝቡ ስለ ሰብአዊና ዲሞክራሲያዊ መብቶች 3/ To present programs that help to promote

ያለው ግንዛቤ እንዲዳብር የሚረዱ public awareness about human and
ፕሮግራሞችን የማቅረብ፤ democratic rights;

፬/ ነጻ የሕዝብ አስተያየቶችንና ጥቆማዎችን 4/ To receive and transmit free public

ተቀብሎ የማስተላለፍ፤ comments and disclosures;

፭/ የሕዝቡን ዕውቀትና ፈጠራ የሚያዳብሩና 5/ To present various programs that promote

የመዝናናት ፍላጎቱን የሚያረኩ ልዩ ልዩ public knowledge and creativity and
ኘሮግራሞችን የማቅረብ፤ satisfy the entertainment needs of the
public;

፮/ በሀገር ውስጥና ከውጭ ካሉ ተመሳሳይ 6/ To create relations with similar domestic

ድርጅቶች ጋር ግንኙነት የመመሥረት፤ and foreign organizations;

፯/ ለጋዜጠኞች፣ ለመገናኛ ብዙሃን ባለሙያዎች 7/ To give professional training to

፱/ በሀገሪቱ የሚመረቱ እና ወደ ሀገሪቱ የሚገቡ 9/ To register television sets imported and

ለዚህም ዓመታዊ የፍቃድ ክፍያ የማስከፈል፤ license, and to receive annual license fee;

፲/ ማናቸውንም የቴሌቪዥን ነጋዴን ወይም 10/ To register any television set trader or

የቴሌቪዥን አምራችን ለመመዝገብ፣ television manufacturer and to require any

ማናቸውም ነጋዴ የሚሸጠውን ቴሌቪዥን trader to register the television set he sells;

11/ To own property, to enter into

፲፫/ በሀገሪቱ ግልፅነት እና ተጠያቂነት ያለበት 13/ To work on investigative journalism with
ሥርዓት እንዲሰፍን ለማስቻል የምርመራ emphasis to facilitate the system of
ጋዜጠኝነት ላይ በትኩረት መሥራት፤ transparency and accountability to
prevail in the country;

፲፬/ ዓላማውን ከግብ ለማድረስ የሚያስችሉ ሌሎች 14/ To carry out other related activities that
ተዛማጅ ተግባራትን የማከናወን፡፡ will enable it to achieve its objectives.

፯. የኮርፖሬሽኑ አቋም 7. Organizational Structure of the

Corporation
ኮርፖሬሽኑ፡- The Corporation shall have:

፩/ ቦርድ፤ 1/ The Board;

፪/ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ እና አስፈላጊ የሆኑ 2/ Chief Executive and necessary Deputy

ምክትል ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚዎች፤ Chief Executives; and,

3/ Other necessary staff.
፫/ አስፈላጊ የሆኑ ሠራተኞች፤

ይኖሩታል፡፡

፰. ስለ ቦርዱ 8. The Board

1/ The members of the Board, including the

የሚሳተፍ አባልና ጸሐፊ ይሆናል፤ shall be a non-voting member and
Secretary of the Board;

፮/ ቦርዱ የራሱን የአሠራር መመሪያ ያወጣል፡፡ 6/ The Board shall adopt Directives to
govern its working procedure.

፱. የቦርዱ ሥልጣንና ተግባራት 9. Power and Responsibilities of the Board

ቦርዱ የሚከተሉት ሥልጣንና ተግባራት The Board shall have the following power

ይኖሩታል፡- and responsibilities:

፩/ መገናኛ ብዙሃንን በሚመለከቱ የመንግሥት 1/ To ensure that government policies and

ፖሊሲዎች እና ሕጎች በኮርፖሬሽኑ ተግባራዊ laws concerning mass media are
መሆናቸውን የማረጋገጥ፤ implemented by the Corporation;

፪/ በሕዝብ መታወቅ ያለባቸው የመንግሥት 2/ To ensure that government policies and

ፖሊሲዎችና ሕጎች በወቅቱ መተላለፋቸውን laws which should be known by the

ማረጋገጥ፤ public are communicated timely;

፫/ በኮርፖሬሽኑ የሚሰራጩ ፕሮግራሞች ሀገራዊ 3/ To follow up that programs transmitted by

በሚዲያው ይበልጥ ተጠቃሚ ስለሚሆንበት to present ideas on how the public can

፮/ የተለያየ አመለካከት ያላቸው የፖለቲካ 6/ To ensure that political parties and sections

የሆነ የሬዲዮና የቴሌቪዥን ፍትሐዊ አገልግሎት obtain balanced radio and television service

፯/ በሬዲዮ፣ በቴሌቪዥን፣ በዲጂታል ሚዲያ እና 7/ To evaluate the contents of the programs

በሌሎች በኤሌክትሮኒክስ መሳሪያዎች transmitted through radio, television, digital

፰/ ከአድማጭና ከተመልካች በኮርፖሬሽኑ ላይ 8/ To investigate and make appropriate

የሚቀርቡ ቅሬታዎችን የመመርመር፣ ተገቢውን decisions on complaints lodged against the
ውሳኔ የመስጠት፤ Corporation by listeners and viewers;

፱/ በዚህ አዋጅ እና በኮርፖሬሽኑ ሠራተኞች 9/ In accordance with the power given to it by

አስተዳደር ደንብ በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት this Proclamation and the Corporation’s
ቦርዱ መመሪያ ሊያወጣ በሚገባቸው ጉዳዮች Employees Regulation, to issue Directives

ሠራተኞች የደመወዝ፣ አበልና ሌሎች ጥቅማ to decide on the salary, allowance, and

Corporation;

፲/ ኮርፖሬሽኑ የተቋቋመበትን ዓላማ ለማሳካት 10/ To create conducive environment for the

response;

፲፪/ የኮርፖሬሽኑን ዓመታዊ የገቢ እና የወጪ በጀት 12/ To approve the annual income and
ማፅደቅ፤ expenditure budget of the Corporation;

13/ To advise and decide on other policy

፲፫/ ኮርፖሬሽኑን በሚመለከቱ ሌሎች የፖሊሲ ጉዳዮች
issues concerning the Corporation.

፲. የቦርዱ ስብሰባዎች 10. Meetings of the Board

፩/ ቦርዱ ቢያንስ በወር አንድ ጊዜ መደበኛ ስብሰባ 1/ The Board shall hold at least one regular
ያደርጋል፤ meeting per month;

፪/ አስቸኳይ ሁኔታ ሲያጋጥም በቦርዱ ሰብሳቢ 2/ In case of emergency, meeting may be

11. Chief Executive of the Corporation
፲፩. ስለ ኮርፖሬሽኑ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ
1/ The Chief Executive shall be appointed by

፭/ ዋና ሥራ አስፈፃሚው በተለያየ ምክንያት 5/ The Chief Executive shall delegate one the

14. Budget of the Corporation

፲፬. የኮርፖሬሽኑ በጀት
1/ The budget of the Corporation shall be

ሀ) በዚህ አዋጅ መሠረት ኮርፖሬሽኑ a) Income collected by the Corporation

ለሚሰጣቸው አገልግሎቶች ከሚሰበሰብ from the services it renders in

ለ) ከመንግስት ከሚደረግለት ዓመታዊ b) Annual budget support made by the

፲፮. የሒሳብ መዛግብት 16. Books of Account

፩/ ኮርፖሬሽኑ የተሟሉና ትክክለኛ የሆኑ የሒሳብ 1/ The Corporation shall keep complete and

ክፍል ሦስት PART THREE

የቴሌቪዥን ምዝገባ እና የፍቃድ TELEVISION REGISTRATION AND

እድሳት አገልግሎት LICENSE RENEWAL SERVICE

፲፯. የቴሌቪዥን ምዝገባ እና የአገልግሎት ፍቃድ 17. Television Registration and License Fee
ክፍያ

፩/ ማንኛውም የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤት የሆነ ሰው 1/ Any person who owns a television set
ቴሌቪዥኑን ማስመዝገብ እና በዚህ አዋጅ shall register his television and pay
የተመለከተውን የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤትነት ownership and service charge indicated in
እና አገልግሎት ፍቃድ ክፍያ መፈጸም this Proclamation;

፪/ በዚህ አንቀፅ ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (፩) በተጠቀሰው 2/ The Corporation shall establish a working

ይሆናል፡፡
፲፰. የቴሌቪዥን አገልግሎት ፍቃድ ክፍያ መጠን እና 18. Amount of Television Service License
አተገባበር Fee and Its Implementation
፩/ ማንኛውም የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤት 1/ Any owner of a television set shall pay
ለሚጠቀምብት ለእያንዳንዱ ቴሌቪዥን annual television ownership and service
በዓመት ብር ፩፻፳ (አንድ መቶ ሃያ ብር) license fee of 120 Birr (One Hundred
የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤትነት እና አገልግሎት Twenty Birr) for every television set he
ፍቃድ ክፍያ መክፈል ይኖርበታል፤ uses;

፪/ የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤት የሆነ ሰው ከአንድ በላይ 2/ If a person owns more than one television
ቴሌቪዥን ባለቤት ከሆነ እያንዳንዱን set, he shall have the duty to register each
ቴሌቪዥን ማስመዝገብ እና ለእያንዳንዱ television set and make the payment
ቴሌቪዥን በዚህ አንቀፅ ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (፩) indicated in Sub-Article (1) of this
የተቀመጠውን ክፍያ የመፈፀም ግዴታ Article;
አለበት፤
፫/ የቴሌቪዥኑ አገልግሎት ለመኖሪያ ቤት 3/ If a television set is used for a residential
በሆነ ጊዜ በዚህ አንቀፅ ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (፩) house, the payment indicated in Sub-

አገልግሎቶች የሚውል በሆነ ጊዜ ድርጅቶቹ the concerned enterprises shall pay annual
ዓመታዊ የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤትነት እና television ownership and service license
አገልግሎት ፍቃድ ክፍያቸውን በአንድ ጊዜ fee at once and their business licenses shall
መክፈል የሚጠበቅባቸው ሲሆን ዓመታዊ not be renewed unless they produce a
የቴሌቪዥን የአገልግሎት ክፍያ payment receipt to the effect that they have

አለው፡፡

፪/ ቴሌቪዥን እንዲመዘግብ እና የቴሌቪዥን 2/ In relation to the tasks of an employee

፫/ የዚህን አዋጅ አንቀጽ ፲፰ በመተላለፍ 3/ Any television set owner who fails to
ቴሌቪዥኑን ያላስመዘገበ ወይም register his television set or is not willing
የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤትነት እና አገልግሎት to pay television set ownership and
ፍቃድ ክፍያ ለመክፈል ፍቃደኛ ያልሆነ service license fee in violation of Article
የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤት ቴሌቪዥኑን 18 of this Proclamation shall have civil

እና አገልግሎት ፍቃድ ክፍያ ባለመፈጸሙ
and license fee shall be calculated
ምክንያት የሚኖርበት ዝቅተኛው የፍትሐ
retroactively by taking into account the
ብሔር ተጠያቂነት ቴሌቪዥን እንዳለው
time from which it is known that he
ከታወቀበት ጊዜ አንስቶ ወደኋላ የሚቆጠር
owned a television set and it shall be:
ሆኖ፡-
ሀ) የቴሌቪዥኑ አገልግሎት ለመኖሪያ ቤት a) 600 Birr (Six Hundred Birr) per
ከሆነ በአንድ ቴሌቪዥን የአምስት television set for five years if the

per television set for seven years if the
ለካፌዎች፣ ለመዝናኛ ድርጅቶች
television service is used for hotels,
ወይም ተመሳሳይ አገልግሎቶች
pensions, guest houses, cafeterias,
ለሚሰጡ ድርጅቶች ከሆነ በአንድ recreational centres, or other
ቴሌቪዥን የሰባት ዓመት ማለትም enterprises rendering similar services.
ብር ፰፻፵ (ስምንት መቶ አርባ ብር)
እንዲከፍል ይገደዳል፡፡

፳. ቅጣት 20. Penalty

፩/ በዚህ አዋጅ አንቀጽ ፲፱ ንዑስ-አንቀጽ ፪ (ሀ)

1/ Failure to give evidence requested in
written form by the employee who is
እና (ለ) የተጠቀሱትን ተግባራት ለመፈጸም
authorized by the Corporation to perform

the tasks stated under Article 19(2) (a)

እስከ ስድስት ወር በሚደርስ ቀላል እስራት punishable with simple imprisonment of

ወይም ከብር ፭፻ /አምስት መቶ ብር/ እስከ one month up to six months or with fine
ብር ፭ሺ /አምስት ሺህ ብር/ በሚደርስ from Five Hundred Birr (500 Birr) to Five
የገንዘብ መቀጮ ያስቀጣል፤ Thousand Birr (5,000 Birr);

፪/ የዚህ አንቀፅ ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (፩) ቅጣት 2/ The punishment stipulated in Sub-Article

፳፩. ስለፈቃድ መታደስ 21. License Renewal

1/ Licenses granted to television set owners

፩/ በዚህ አዋጅ መሠረት ለቴሌቪዥን
in accordance with this Proclamation
ባለንብረቶች የተሰጠው ፍቃድ በየአምስት
shall be renewed every five years;
ዓመቱ የሚታደስ ይሆናል፤

፪/ ማንኛውም የቴሌቪዥን ባለንብረት 2/ Any television set owner shall report to

ቴሌቪዥኑ በመበላሸቱ ወይም በመጥፋቱ the Corporation for the cancellation of his

ወይም በሌላ በማንኛውም ምክንያት television license if his television set is

ቴሌቪዥኑ ሥራ ላይ ሊውል የማይችል

not working and cannot be used due
malfunction or loss or any other reason;

ማመልከት ይኖርበታል፤

3/ The Corporation shall examine the report it

፫/ ኮርፖሬሽኑ በዚህ አንቀፅ ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (፪)
receives in accordance with Sub-Article

፬/ የቴሌቪዥን ባለቤት ቴሌቪዥኑ ስለመበላሸቱ 4/ The owner of a television set shall be

ሪፖርት ካቀረበበት ጊዜ አንስቶ በጉዳዩ ላይ exempted from payment from the time he
ውሳኔ እስኪሰጥ ጊዜ ድረስ ከክፍያ ነፃ has reported about the malfunctioning of

፭/ በዚህ አንቀፅ ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (፬) የተጠቀሰው 5/ Without prejudice to the provision of Sub-

he did not pay to the Corporation;

፮/ ከላይ በንዑስ-አንቀጽ (፪) መሠረት 6/ Any owner whose television set has
ቴሌቪዥኑ ችግር ያጋጠመው የቴሌቪዥን encountered a problem shall pay annual
ባለቤት ችግሩን ለኮርፖሬሽኑ እስካላሳወቀ television service license fee as long as he
ጊዜ ድረስ ዓመታዊ የቴሌቪዥን አገልግሎት has not reported the problem to the

፳፪. ከክፍያዎች ነፃ ስለማድረግ 22. Exemptions from Payments

1/ The employees of the Corporation and

employees who retired after serving the

Corporation shall be exempted from

houses;
ተደርገዋል፤

፪/ በዚህ አንቀፅ ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (፩) ከተጠቀሰው 2/ In addition to what is listed under Sub-

23. Conclusion of Cooperative Agreements

፳፭. የተሻሩና ተፈፃሚነት የሌላቸው ሕጎች 25. Repealed and Inapplicable Laws

የሚከተሉት ሕጎች በዚህ አዋጅ ተሽረዋል፡- The following laws are hereby repealed by
this Proclamation:

፩/ የኢትዮጵያ ብሮድካስቲንግ ኮርፖሬሽን 1. Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation

ማቋቋሚያ አዋጅ ቁጥር ፰፻፶፰/፪ሺ፮ እና Establishment Proclamation No.858/2014
እሱን ለማስፈፀም የወጣው የኮርፖሬሽኑ and the Corporation’s Employees
ሠራተኞች አስተዳደር ደንብ ቁጥር ፭/፪ሺ፯ Administration Regulation No.5/2015,
እና እነሱን ተከትለው የወጡ and also Directives issued pursuant to
መመሪያዎች፤ እንዲሁም these laws; and

፪/ የኢትዮጵያ ሬዲዮና ቴሌቪዥን አገልግሎት 2. Ethiopian Radio and Television Service

ድርጅት አዋጅ ቁጥር ፲፭/፩ሺ፱፻፷፯ ዓ.ም Agency Proclamation No.15/1975 and
እና የኢትዮጵያ ሬዲዮና ቴሌቪዥን Ethiopian Radio and Television Service
አገልግሎት ድርጅት ደንብ ቁጥር Agency Regulation No.20/1975.
፳/፩ሺ፱፻፷፯፤ በዚህ አዋጅ ተሸረዋል፡፡

፫/ ከዚህ አዋጅ ጋር የሚቃረን ማንኛውም አዋጅ 3. Any Proclamation or Regulation or

ወይም ደንብ ወይም መመሪያ Directives which is inconsistent with this
የኮርፖሬሽኑን ሥራ በሚመለከት Proclamation shall be inapplicable.
ተፈፃሚነት አይኖራቸውም፡፡

፳፮. የመሸጋገሪያ ድንጋጌ 26. Transitory Provisions

፩/ በዚህ አዋጅ በአንቀጽ ፳፭ ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (፩) 1. Notwithstanding the provision of Sub-

፪/ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (፩) የተጠቀሰው 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sub-

repealed by this Proclamation.

፳፮. አዋጁ የሚፀናበት ጊዜ 27. Effective Date

ይህ አዋጅ በፌደራል ነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ታትሞ This Proclamation shall be effective from

Negarit Gazzette.
