Lch s hnh thnh v pht trin


Vo ngy 01/04/1995, ScanCom International A/S nh du s xut hin ca
mnh trn th trng bng nhng sn phm u tin c sn xut ti nh ring ca
mt trong nhng nh sng lp ng Bjes Bendtzen. Nhng sn phm u tay
chnh l cc b bn gh dng trong vn vi nguyn liu g c xut x t Vit
Nam.
Nm 1997, ScanCom tung ra th trng dng sn phm ngoi tht lm t g
tch c ngun gc t Indonesia, tin hnh gia cng sn xut dng sn phm c
m lt ti Vit Nam. ng thi, a vo hot ng tr s chnh ca cng ty ti
an Mch ta nh Skovhuset.
Nm 1998 nh du s tn cng th trng ca ScanCom vi dng sn phm
ngoi tht c kt cu thp n t Vit Nam. Cng trong nm ny, ScanCom bc

Nam.
Nm 2000, ScanCom ginh c Chng nhn s dng g hp php FSCTM
ti Malaysia. Tha thng xng ln, ScanCom cho ra i trung tm thit k ti Vit
Nam, vn phng i din giao dch ti Anh quc.V n mng cho thnh cng

Doanh thu nm 2011 t 118,871,175 USD tng 8,805,272 USD, tng ng


tng 8 % so vi nm 2010. Nguyn nhn nm 2011 doanh thu ca cng ty tng l
do s lng tiu th cao hn v gi c cng tng hn so vi nm 2010.
Li nhun sau thu ca doanh nghip nm 2011 t c 15,068,529 USD,
tng 2,934,746 USD.
Nhn chung so vi nm 2010 th nm 2011 cng ty hot ng sn xut kinh
doanh tt hn, tc tng li nhun cao hn so vi nm 2011 l 24,19%.

Chi ph sn xut: Phn u chi ph sn xut gim 20% so vi d ton c
duyt.
K hoch sn xut v giao hng:
m bo vic phn b k hoch sn xut, phi hp gia nh my mt cch
hiu qu t sn xut n xut khu vi mc tiu t 96% n hng giao ng hn.
4% n hng tr thi gian giao hng nhng khng qu 20 ngy so vi thi gian
giao hng xc nh.
Cht lng v khiu ni:

Ci tin lin tc vic p dng ISO 9001:2000 v ISO 14001: 2000 trong ton

cng vic trong h thng qun l cht lng ca cng ty.
- Thc hin nh gi ni b h thng qun l cht lng 6 thng 1 ln
- nh gi chi ph sn xut, hiu qu cc cng on sn xut v cht lng mi
thng 1 ln
- T chc cc kha o to cn thit nng cao trnh nghip v qun l cho
nhn vin v ngi lao ng
