Rsum:
L'excution des dispositions judiciaires contre l'administration que ce soit facultatif ou obligatoire
diffre de les excuter contre les personnes normales, surtout l'excution obligatoire par ce que
l'administration a une autorit gnrale et des privilges particuliers. L'excution des dispositions est
considre l'un des principes reconnus par la constitution algrienne de 1996, travers la teneur des
articles 141 et 143 obligeant l'excution aux localits concerns et elle a consacr des mthodes, la
suite de celas, qui a t introduites par le lgislateur franais. Comme l'instruction du juge des
ordonnances l'administration, la condamnation pnale, la sanction pnale et toutes les garanties
d'excution.
Le lgislateur a galement donn au demandeur d'excution le droit de recourir au trsor public
pour avoir l'indemnisation en cas de non-excution par l'administration. Cela est rglement dans la
loi n 02-91 qui dtermine les rgles particulires appliqu certaines dispositions judiciaires, ce qui
caractris le lgislateur algrien de sautres lgislations arabes.

Summary:
The execution of the legal dispositions against, the administration whether voluntary or
compulsory differs from the execution against normal people, especially compulsory execution
because the administration has a general authority and particular privileges. The execution of legal
dispositions is considered one of the principles recognized by the Algerian Constitution of 1996,
through the content of articles 141 and 143 causing the execution to the communities concerned for
which it devoted methods following those that were introduced by the French legislature. As the
instruction of the judge the orders to the administration, threatening compensation, penal
condemnation and all the guarantees of execution.
The legislature also gave the execution plaintiff the right to use public treasury for compensation
in the event of non-execution by the administration. It is regulated in Law No. 02-91 which
determines the specific rules applied to certain legal dispositions, which characterizes the Algerian
legislature from other Arab legislations.
