 Numbers can be represented using a place value chart. Every digit has its own value according to its
place or position in a number.
Place Value- a position of a digit in the number.
Value- numerical worth of a digit depending on the place value of a digit.
Example: What is the place value of the underline digit in 132, 526?
Answer: Ten Thousands
