1. Make for the RFI
2. Submit to QC Manager for Reviewing and Signature
3. Submit to QC Document Controller

QC Document Controller
1. Scan the Requested RFI
2. Submit the RFI to DAR QC Manager
3. Return the RFI Rejected by DAR QC Manager to Respective QC Engineer
4. Make RFI summary status and update the commented RFI to the server and return to DAR Document Controller

1. Review the RFI and Signature
2. All Rejected Review RFI should return to the Contractor
3. All Approved RFI give to DAR Document Controller
4. Sign the commented RFI and give to DAR Project Manager for signature
5. return the RFI to DAR Document Controller

DAR Document Controller

1. Distribute the RFI to DAR Team Leader per Discipline
2. Stamp the commented RFI and give to the contractor for update and make RFI Summary Status

DAR Team Leader/Engineers

1. Distribute the RFI to his respective Engineer for Site Inspection
2. After Inspection on site DAR Engineers will make comment and signature to the RFI
to DAR Document Controller 3. DAR Team Leader will sign the RFI after DAR Engineers Inspection and comment

1. Recount and stamp the commented RFI and return it
back to the contractor QC Document Controller for
scanning and making the RFI summary status

1. Make signature for the all RFI in particular date
and after signature give it to DAR Document
Controller

2. Make the RFI and submit to QC Manager for reviewing
and signature.
3. After the signature of QC Manager submit the RFI to QC
DC

2. Make RFI Summary Status and return it back to
DAR to send to owner and update in PCW to closed

1. Final signature for the RFI and give to the DAR Project
