አገልግሎትን በማቅረብ የአካባቢዉን ህፃናት የመማር ፍላጎት ማሟላቱን አበክሮ ይቀጥላል፡፡ ይህን ለማሳካት

ሀ. የክፍያ መጠን ማሻሻያ
የክፍያ መጠን ማሻሻያ ያስፈለገበት ምክንያት፡
በገበያ ላይ የጽህፈት መሣሪያ ዋጋ መናሩ
መማሪያ ክፍል ለመጨመር የግንባታ ግዕባት ዋጋ መጨመር
ከገበያ ጥሩ ክህሎትና ዕዉቀት ያላቸዉን መምህራን ለመቅጠር
በአዲሱ ትምህርት ፖሊሲ አዳዲስ ትምህርት ዓይነቶች ስለተጨመሩ እነዚህ ትምህርት ዓይነቶችም
ጽንሰ-ሐሳብ ብቻ ሳይሆን የሚፈልጉት ልምምድ ጭምር ይፈልጋሉ፡፡ ለምሳሌ አይ ሲ ቲ፤ እይታና
ትወና የመሳሰሉ ትምህርት ዓይነቶች
ከላይ የተዘረዘሩ ምክንያቶችን መሠረት በማድረግ የመመዝገቢያ 200 ብር ሆኖ በየትምህርት ዓይነት 90 ብር
እንዲሆን የማህበሩ ሥራ አስፈፃማች ተስማምተዉ ወስኗሉ፡፡
ከ 1 ኛ እስከ 6 ኛ ክፍል 90* 7 = 630 ብር ይሆናል፡፡
7 ኛ እና 8 ኛ ክፍል 90* 11= 990 ብር ይሆናል፡፡
በመሆኑም የተከበራችሁ ወላጆች በዚህ ሀሳብ ላይ አስተያየት እንድትሰጡ በትህትና እንጠይቃለን፡፡
ለ. የአከፋፈል ሁኔታ
የአከፋፈል ሁኔታ ቀደም ሲል የነበረዉ ወጥ ባለመሆኑ ለፋይናንስ አስተዳደር ምቹ አልነበረም፡፡ ከዚህ የተነሳ
ለኦዲትና ለፋይናንስ አያያዝ ያልተመቸበት ምክንያት አንዳንዶች እጅ በእጅ ሌሎች ደግሞ በባንክ ከፍለዉ
የባንክ አድባይስ ያመጣሉ፡፡ ከ 2016 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ግን ክፍያዉ ሙሉ በሙሉ በባንክ ይሆናል፡፡ በዚህ መሠረት
በዳሽን ባንክ አካዉንታችን 5104004158008 /0104004456006 ይጠቀሙ!
ከላይ የተቀመጠዉን የክፍያ ማሻሻያን ከዚህ በታች በተቀመጠዉ ሰንጠረዥ መህበሩ በየወሩ የሚያገኘዉን ገቢና
የሚያወጣዉን ወጪ ለመተንተን ተሞክሯል፡፡

መልካም ዉይይት!
Because the term “worship leader” means so many different things to so many people, it is
always best to see what Scripture has to say about the role of worship and those who lead
corporate worship. True worship, whether corporate or individual, has several major
components, as described in Romans 12:1-2. First, the motivation to worship is “the mercies of
God” which embodies all He has given us, none of which we deserve. Second, the manner of
worship is the presentation of our bodies, including our hearts, minds, hands, thoughts, and
attitudes to God. Third, our worship involves renewing our minds through the Word of God. To
know the truth, to believe the truth, to hold convictions about the truth, and to love the truth will
naturally result in true spiritual worship. Fourth, true worship is God-centered, not man-centered.
The purpose of worship is not to produce an emotional experience, but to acknowledge God’s
singular worthiness to be worshiped. So the first duty and responsibility of those who desire to
lead others in worship must be to first understand the nature of worship itself.
Although the New Testament does not name “worship leader” as one of Christ’s gifts for the
edification of the church (Ephesians 4:11-12), worship leaders are common in the modern
church. If the worship leader is to lead, he must lead by example, and his life, therefore, must
exemplify that of the true worshiper. As with all leaders in the body of Christ, his must first be
spiritual leadership. He must be the first to bow before God in humility and obedience. Just as
the high priest had to sacrifice for his own sins first, so must the worship leader ensure he has
scraped away the hardness from his heart and loosened the stiffness of his neck before he can
begin to lead others. It is the primary duty of a worship leader, therefore, to be aligned with
God’s will and to be humble before the great and awesome God. He must lead in humility and
genuine concern for those under his care.
Because worship leader is not a biblical office for the church, his role is somewhat indistinct.
Most worship leaders are musicians of some kind, whether vocal or instrumental, and their
primary role is to lead the other musicians/singers that are involved in the service. It is the
responsibility of the worship leader to ensure that it is not the music, nor the instruments, nor the
presentation, nor the voices which are the focus of the worship service. Worship is bowing
humbly before God and exalting Jesus Christ as King of kings and Lord of lords. The
responsibility of the worship leader is to become less, that Jesus Christ can become more. And
when all of this is done, when hearts are humble before Him, His people are ready to receive,
and be changed by, the focal point of the worship service—His glorious and living Word.
Leading Worship
God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom,
singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And
whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to
God the Father through him.
Addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to
the Lord with your heart,
Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer
to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe,
By faith Abel offered to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which he was
commended as righteous, God commending him by accepting his gifts. And through his faith,
though he died, he still speaks.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom,
singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living
sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.

B. God has revealed his greatness in his Word, his nature, and his works.
IV. …in Jesus Christ…
A. There is no biblical worship apart from faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ.
(John 4:23-24; Heb. 10:19-22)
1. for access to God
2. for acceptable worship
3. For God’s glory
4. for participating in heaven’s worship
B. The glory of God and the redemptive work of Christ cannot be separated.
For God, who said,“Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the
light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. (2 Cor. 4:6) C. Our
proclamation of Christ and his finished work must be consistent, clear, and compelling.
is not accompanied by spiritual experience and power in our souls, then it will end
either
in outward formality or atheism. (John Owen,
IX. To proclaim the gospel…
A. There is nothing more important than this for us to proclaim with our lips and our
lives:
Christ Jesus died in our place for our sins to bring us to God.
B. We must help people understand how the gospel connects to their daily lives.
C. We must labor to be personally affected by the gospel so our proclamation is genuine
and not superficial.
X. To cherish God’s presence…
A. Enjoy God’s promised presence. (Preaching, prayer, fellowship, communion, etc)
B. Pursue God’s active presence. (Spiritual gifts, spontaneous prayer,)
C. Anticipate God’s unveiled presence. (No more limits on time, strength, and our
perceptions)
XI. And to live for God’s glory.
A. Biblically speaking, there is no sacred/secular distinction in our lives. Life is lived in
the presence of God, for the glory of God. (2 Cor. 3:18). Fundamentally, worship in
the New Testament means believing the gospel and responding with one’s whole life
and being to the person and work of God’s Son, in the power of the Holy Spirit.

B. Among other things, gathering to worship God should make us humble, secure,
grateful,
holy, loving, and mission-minded. C. If we meet with God, shouldn’t it affect the way
we live?
ሁልጊዜ የተሻለ ነው። በሮሜ 12፡1-2 እንደተገለጸው እውነተኛው አምልኮ የድርጅትም ሆነ የግለሰብ
አምልኮን ያስከትላል። አራተኛ፣ እውነተኛው አምልኮ አምላክን ያማከለ እንጂ ሰውን ያማከለ
አይደለም። የአምልኮው አላማ ስሜታዊ ልምድን መፍጠር ሳይሆን ለመመለክ የእግዚአብሔርን ነጠላ
ብቁነት መቀበል ነው። ስለዚህ ሌሎችን ወደ አምልኮ ለመምራት የሚሹ ሰዎች የመጀመሪያ ተግባር
ምንም እንኳን አዲስ ኪዳን "የአምልኮ መሪ" ክርስቶስ ቤተክርስቲያንን ለማነጽ ከሰጠው ስጦታዎች
የተለመዱ ናቸው። የአምልኮ መሪው መምራት ካለበት በአርአያነት መምራት አለበት፤ ስለዚህም
ሕይወቱ የእውነተኛውን አምላኪ ምሳሌ መሆን አለበት። በክርስቶስ አካል ውስጥ እንዳሉት መሪዎች
መስዋዕት እንደሚያቀርብ ሁሉ፣ የአምልኮ መሪው ሌሎችን መምራት ከመጀመሩ በፊት ከልቡ
ጥንካሬን ጠራርጎ አንገቱን ደንዳና መፍታት አለበት። ስለዚህ፣ ከእግዚአብሔር ፈቃድ ጋር መጣጣም
አይደለም። አብዛኞቹ የአምልኮ መሪዎች በድምፅም ይሁን በመሳሪያ ሙዚቀኞች ሲሆኑ ተቀዳሚ
መሪው ሃላፊነት ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ የበለጠ መሆን እንዲችል ማነስ ነው። እናም ይህ ሁሉ ሲደረግ፣
ልቦች በፊቱ ሲዋረዱ፣ ህዝቡ የአምልኮ አገልግሎቱን የትኩረት ነጥብ - ክቡር እና ህያው ቃሉን

በኢየሱስ ስም አድርጉት።

ዘምሩ።
አቤል ከቃየል ይልቅ የሚበልጥን መሥዋዕት ለእግዚአብሔር በእምነት አቀረበ፥ በዚህም ጻድቅ ሆኖ
ይናገራል።

የአሮን እኅት ነቢይት ማርያምም ከበሮ በእጅዋ ወሰደች፤ ሴቶቹም ሁሉ ከበሮ እየዘፈኑ በኋላዋ

ትንቢት እንድትናገሩ እወዳለሁ። ቤተ ክርስቲያን ትታነጽ ዘንድ ትንቢትን የሚናገር በልሳን ከሚናገር
ይበልጣል። ...
ከዚያም ሙሴና የእስራኤል ሕዝብ ይህን መዝሙር ለእግዚአብሔር ዘመሩ። ፈረሱንና ፈረሰኛውን
ወደ ባሕር ጣላቸው። እግዚአብሔር ኃይሌና ዝማሬዬ ነው, እርሱም መድኃኒት ሆነልኝ; ይህ አምላኬ
አለቆች በቀይ ባሕር ውስጥ ሰጠሙ። ጎርፉ ሸፈናቸው; እንደ ድንጋይ ወደ ጥልቁ ወረዱ። ...
