+) Những động từ kết hợp với to-V khi ở dạng bị động:
- Động từ chỉ cảm xúc, mong ước: like, hate, love, want, wish, prefer, hope, etc.
Ví dụ: He wants photographs to be taken.
I prefer to be called by my first name.
- Động từ chỉ yêu cầu, mệnh lệnh: ask, tell, request, order, advise, invite, allow, etc.
Ví dụ: We were advised to come early.
She isn’t allowed to use the telephone by her boss.
- Một số động từ tri giác: believe, consider, think, feel, know, understand, etc.
