Role – Investor Relations – Capital Markets

Location: Gurugram

Qualification: MBA in Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

Building and managing debt partnerships with multiple financial institutions across mutual
funds, public sector banks, private banks, NBFCs, DFIs and others which shall include:

• Approaching & pitching to prospective lenders for extending debt in the group
entities followed by owning the end-to-end process involving data exchanges &
negotiations on terms.
• Innovating with the structures to create proposition tailored to investor classes
and in alignment with the business objectives & cash flows.
• Liaisoning with rating agencies, regulators, stock exchanges, trustees, legal
counsels & internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Managing the relations with equity investors which shall include:

• Interacting with investors and addressing queries regarding business updates,


financial model, MIS, and others.
• Leading the commercial & financial due diligence process during equity rounds with
the consultants/ auditors/ investment banks.
• Analyzing the periodical MIS and sharing it with the equity investors.
• Preparing the investor presentations/ decks for investment pitches or quarterly
board meetings.

Skills required:

• 0-1 year of work experience in similar domain.


• Enterprising, full of hunger, ability to ideate, structure & articulate.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong networking skills.
