 1. Đặt vấn đề

Hội đồng Quản lý biển (MSC) là một tổ chức

1. Vận chuyển
nguyên liệu
Các đầu cá sau khi cắt xong được
Frescol chuyển sang bằng các thùng
kim loại, trên các thùng có các thẻ ghi
MSC CoC
thông tin lô hàng. Trong đó nếu ghi kí
hiệu ‘MSC’ trên thẻ thì chứng tỏ đây
là lô hàng được chứng nhận MSC

Nếu các thông tin trên thẻ bị thiếu

hoặc không rõ thì phải yêu cầu bên
Frescol sửa chữa hoặc bổ sung ngay
Lưu ý Tùy theo mức độ nghiêm trọng phải
báo cho quản lý để kịp thời xử lý

1. Lưu trữ sản phẩm

Các sản phẩm MSC phải được sắp

xếp một khu riêng trong kho
Phân biệt sản phẩm được chứng
MSC CoC
nhận và không được chứng nhận nhờ
logo MSC và mã số do MSC cung cấp
như hình bên

Nếu có bất cứ nghi ngại gì về sản

phẩm không được dán nhẫn rõ ràng
hoặc không được phân biệt phải báo
Lưu ý ngay cho quản lý và không được xuất
bán cho đến khi xác nhận được
nguồn gốc sản phẩm
