Rsum :
Lanalyse que nous prsenterons dans ce travail de recherche porte

sur les thories des organisations et non sur la thorie de lorganisation. Un tel
choix pluraliste est galement dlibr, car il n'existe pas de corps thorique

suffisamment unifi pour qu'on puisse parler d'une thorie de gestion. Au

contraire, on assiste une cohabitation d'un ensemble de thories

concurrentes. faire une prsentation exhaustive de ces thories relve de

l'impossible gageure, tant est grande leur diversit et leur richesse. Dans ce
travail nous allons analyser deux courants de thories de gestion:

- Les diffrentes thories non conomiques qui analysent le phnomne

organisationnel et comportemental des organisations elles sont fondes sur
les recherches en gestion en psychologie et en sociologie.
- Les thories conomiques

qui sont souvent ngliges et qui sont

actuellement en pleine expansion

Lanalyse expliquera si lvolution des thories du management est

marque par des contrastes ou par la diversit et la complmentarit elle nous
claircira aussi sur la pertinence des thories des organisations la lumire
des changements devenus les caractristiques de l'environnement.
