Rsum :
Cette tude a pour objectif de connaitre la capacit et la compatibilit du tableau
de bord prospectif dans lvaluation de la performance des entreprises industrielles en
Algrie. lentreprise national de production de machines outils nous a servie dtude
de cas.
For this purpose, the theoretical side of the study demonstrates the foundations
and the principles that underpin the Balanced Scorecard, based on the fact that is an
evaluation tool of performance that takes in account the financials and non-financials
indicators to consider it as the core of the strategic management system due to its
effective participation in the achievement of the institutions long term objectives.
Concerning the practical side, the study focused on the possibility of applying the
Balanced Scorecard as an alternative of the existing evaluation systems within the
institution.
Finally, the study finds that the use of the Balanced Scorecard allows the
industrial institutions to determine their real performance level, which makes it the
most appropriate and convenient tool for evaluating their performance.
