Ipakita ang mapa ng Pilipinas.
Patnubayan ang mga bata na masabi na ang Pilipinas ang bansa ng mga Pilipino.
Ipakilala ang ibat- ibang Pilipino sabihin sa mga bata ang pangalan ng lalawigan na tinitirhan ng bawat
pangkat.

II. Subject Matter

Reference: Conceptual Math and Beyond pp 2 - 8
Materials: pictures, popsicle sticks, other counters.
III. Procedure :

A. Preparations / Motivation
Let the children explore inside the room and ask what are the objects around them.

B. Presentation
Show the pictures, counters and let them group the counters according to
classifications ( size, shape, color )
Discuss the illustration in the books and let the children understand sets.

C. Applications
Let the children answer p4 (try this)

Answer exercise on books pp. 5 – 7 (Starter and Reinforcer)

V. Assignment
Answer pp 7 – 8 (Challenger) and modules exercises.
Bring counters (sticks/straws/marbles)
