Hapo zamani za kale palitokea kisiwa kimoja kikubwa sana. Kisiwa kilikuwa na watu wa kila
aina. Kulikuwepo matajiri na kulikuwepo masikini. Watu waliishi kwa furaha sana.

Punde dubwana kubwa likakiingilia kisiwa kile na kukawa kutafutana. Dubwana likaleta balaa
kisiwani. Kila aliyeguswa na Dubwana alidhurika.Watu walitoka upele, wengine wakaharisha, mara
nywele kunyonyoka na vifo vikafuatia. Watu walipukutika kama majani ya kiangazi. Wakapukutika.

Kila mtu akawa na lake: mara jinni, wengine mzimu huo, basi misiba nayo ikazagaa kila pembe.
Wakati wakubwa wakijikinga, masikini watoto wanaachwa wakiangamia.

Wakubwa wakaandika mabuku kupeana habari wakabandika mabango kupeana tahadhari, lakini
watoto wakateketea kwa kukosa habari zoote za kuwaokoa. Wakubwa kukwepa lawama wakajitetea
“Mwiko kuzungumzia mambo haya kwa watoto”
“Mila haziruhusu”
Waongo, waongo wakubwa. Ni dini gani inayokataza na kufurahia waumini wake wafe? Ni mila ipi
inayokataza kutoa mafunzo kwa vijana wake? Uongo, uongo mtupu.

Hayo ni mawazo ya watu binafsi wenye roho mbaya. Wasiojali kabisa watoto wanaangamia kwa
visingizio vya dini na mila.

Basi watoto wakaendelea kudhoofika kwa kukosa Elimu ya jinsia. Dubwana lile likaendelea
kuwadhuru, wakateketea, vifo vikawazoa, vikawazoa __________ vikawazoa.

Asiyefundwa na mamake hufundikwa na walimwengu! “Fimbo ya mama ina chonde na ya


ulimwengu yasema ngoja tumkomeshe”. Oh! Masikini watoto hawa! Hebu yatafakarini maisha yao
