How to give feedback

Зворотній зв’язок, мабуть, є одним із найбільш недооцінених способів покращити

продуктивність на робочому місці. Зворотній зв’язок, якщо він подається добре,
пропонується конструктивно та в сприятливій атмосфері, необхідний для подолання
недоліків на робочому місці та стимулювання змін у поведінці.

Однак важливо зробити це правильно, тому що надання зворотного зв’язку в

невідповідний час або в неправильний спосіб може мати негативний ефект,
знизивши впевненість і навіть викликавши обурення. Коли ви надсилаєте відгук,
важливо вибрати правильний час. Надання відгуку, коли хтось уже приголомшений
або схвильований, може лише викликати ще більше стресу.

Тому для початку варто домовитися про зручний час.

Для того, щоб зробити це ви можете використовувати такі фрази, наприклад:

Offering Suggestions and Solutions

Більшість працівників, які погано працюють, уже усвідомлюють цей факт.
Головна проблема полягає в тому, що вони зазвичай не знають, що робити, щоб це
виправити. Частиною конструктивної критики є пропозиція вирішення проблеми; не
просто вказуючи на це.

Наступні фрази можуть допомогти запропонувати пропозиції:

Have you got any ideas Чи є у вас якісь ідеї стостовно того,

How do you think Як ви вважаєте ми можемо

Один з способів надання фідбеку це використання прийому

«бутерброд з компліментами» / “compliment sandwitch”, коли ви
пропонуєте конструктивну критику до і після похвали.
Наприклад:

I have noticed you are really diligent and your attention to detail is excellent.
Я помітила, що ви справді старанні, і ваша увага до деталей чудова.

You might want to keep an eye on the bigger picture, however. Your work is slowing
down a little.
Однак вам варто стежити за ширшою картиною. Ваша робота трохи
сповільнюється.

Keep up the high quality work. We are very happy with it.
Продовжуйте працювати на високому рівні. Ми дуже задоволені цим.

1. I’d like to give you feedback on your presentation. Would this be a good time?

2. I appreciate how well-prepared for this presentation you were, your positive
attitude, and your effort to keep the rest of the team up to speed on our latest highlights.

‍ . What may help you get the point across more clearly next time would be to give a

few straightforward examples throughout the presentations. I’d also suggest that you
simplify the data-heavy parts. The audience may not deal with this kind of information daily,
so it’s best to focus on the key takeaways you’d like them to have in mind.

4. I’d like to have a chat about how you interacted with your colleagues at yesterday’s
meeting. I understand you feel strongly about how the new marketing materials have been
handled, but it’s important to come from a place of collaboration and not treat your
colleagues like you know best.

5. We’re all free to disagree, but it’s crucial to be careful about how we share our points
of view. Next time, I’d suggest you consider a more collaborative tone, acknowledging
the positives and sharing your opinion as a constructive suggestion — not as the only way.
