The meeting started with a prayer led by Ma’am Joan T. Granada , followed by
checking of attendance by Rina D. Miranda.
First agendum: End of SY May 31, 2024, Friday
Graduation: May 29-31, 2024
(Weather condition of the country during summer is not favorable,To go
back to the original school calendar, Harvest season will affect the attendance of the
learners).
End of SY Break shall be from June 1 to July 26, 2024,Friday
June 1 to 30,2024-uninterrupted vacation for teachers.
July 1 to 26, 2024-INSET,BE,OBE,NLC,NFOT,NSPC,Palarong Pambansa
National Learning Camp: Consolidation and Intervention Camp (exclude-Enhancement)

Third Agendum : Physical Facilities:
Inspected by: DENR/Division Engineers/Municipal
Engineers/Central Office/Municipal Engineers and MDRRM personnels.
 Assessment Results: Only Office/Kinder to Grade 6 classrooms were
declared to be safe as of this time. ( Municipal Certification).
Fourth Agendum : SHS Updates:
Part of the Top 5 most improved NAT results for the entire
Region. Thanks to SHS and JHS teachers for the rigid conduct of Mock Review. Also to
the ES teachers for the moral support and to the previous Grade 12 parents and
guardians.
Fifth Agendum: CG updates
Conduct of Survey to all Grade 10 learners on what strand
they want to take up in the SHS. Possible offering of TVL track if we can pass the survey
and assessment (tools and equipment, capacity of the municipality and capacity of the
school). Enrolment of below 10 will be subject to possible SHS closure. An orientation to
all Grade 10 parents and learners will be happening next month. Date TBA.
