and agree to the Terms and Conditions before using our Services.
§ Chịu trách nhiệm về tính pháp lý của hàng hóa /Take the responsibility for the cargo‘s legality
§ Khách hàng phải đảm bảo và chịu trách nhiệm về việc chuẩn bị các điều kiện để chuyên chở lô hàng theo đúng tiêu chuẩn và qui định của FIATA, IATA
trong vận chuyển bằng đường biển hay đường hàng không (bao gồm nhưng không gi hạn việc vận chuyển hàng nguy hiểm, hàng dễ hư hỏng, động vật
sống,v.v…) / Shipper shall ensure and responsible for ready of carriage conditions of it’s shipments strictly following the applicable FIATA, IATA’s rule and
regulation for the transportation of goods by air (including but not limited to the transportation of dangerous goods, perishable, live anim etc....). .
§ Nhà vận chuyển không nhận hàng quá tải nếu không được thông báo / Carrier shall not be responsible for overweigh containers if there is no informed in
advance.
§ Thời gian được miễn phí chờ xe tại nhà máy là 4 tiếng , sau đó sẽ là 8 USD/ Giờ / Xe . Free waiting time for trucks at factory: 4 hours. After that, truck
detention will be USD8/hour/truck.
§ Nếu là hàng cá nhân xin vui lòng liên hệ trước / For "personal effect " shipments, please contact us for more infomation.
§ Bảng chào giá chỉ có hiệu lực dựa trên thông tin lô hàng ( số lượng , khối lượng , loại Vận chuyển ) do khách hàng cung cấp/ Rate quotes are only valid for
the equipment size, type, cargo weight, and dimension (if applicable) as provided by customers.
§ Nếu có thay đổi về lịch xuất hàng , vui lòng báo sớm trước ngày dự kiến khởi hành 7 ngày, nếu không sẽ bị tinh phí hủ chuyến. / If there is a change in the
delivery schedule, please notify 7 days in advance of the ETD, otherwise, a cancellation fee will be charged.
§ Các phí hoặc phụ phí khác ( bao gồm các phí không có giới hạn ) như : Lưu Kho , Lưu bãi , Phí Cân , Dừng chờ , Kiểm h
... do Nhà Vận chuyển hoặc Cơ quan hữu quan quyết định không được bao gồm trong bảng báo giá này. /Other charges and surcharges, including but not
limited to Detention; Demurrage; CIC; Waiting Time and Inspection fees etc. determined by Carrier or Competent Authorities are not included in the rate
quote.
§ Các Điều khoản bồi thường ( nếu có ) dựa theo các quy định vận chuyển quốc tế. / The terms of Indemnities (if any) a subject to International Shipping
Regulations.
§ Để tránh phát sinh phí trả chậm , vui lòng thanh toán ngay khi nhận hóa đơn. / To avoid arising fee , kindly settle payment asap when received invoice.
§ SCT LOGISTICS không chịu bất kỳ trách nhiệm nào về các khoản chi phí phát sinh vì lý do khách quan / SCT LOGISTICS shall NOT be liable for any costs and
