Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням сучасної фахової підготовки
майбутніх учителів. Визначено мету та завдання фахової підготовки.
Підкреслено роль та значення застосування принципів синергетики у
сучасному освітньому процесі, орієнтованому на формування особистості
майбутнього вчителя.
Аннотация
Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам современной профессиональной
подготовки будущих учителей. Определена цель и задания
профессиональной подготовки лингвистов. Подчеркнута роль и значение
внедрения принципов синергетики в современном образовательном процессе,
ориентированном на формирование личности будущего учителя.
Summary
The article is devoted to the actual problems of the professional training of
the future teachers. It is determined the goal and the tasks of the teacher’s training.
It is underlined the role and the meaning of the implementing of the synergetic’s
principles in the modern educational process, oriented on the forming of the
personality.Unlike science, which occur on the border of two subjects on which
one can provide new science subject, and the other - the research methods ,
Synergetics is based on methods that are equally applicable to various substantive
aspects and studying complex ("compound") system indirectly as to their essence.
During the formation of logical thinking it was noted that the synergetic approach
draws attention to the fact that the traditional studying needs certain
transformation. Therefore, a new approach to education in terms of synergy can be
defined as education that awakens. Training for us is a transfer of knowledge from
one individual to another. This is the creating of conditions which allows to
process the discovery of knowledge by students, accomplish active and productive
work. This is the non-linear situation of open dialogue and direct feedback of
educational tour, which has certain aim within the problem’s solving – to find the
all possible ways of solution. It is clear that (due to joint activities, activity within
different situations) within such conditions teachers and students begin to function
with identical speed, to live at the same pace.
Learning is interactive, because the student also plays an active role and the
process between the teacher. The cooperation between two systems is cooperative
and well organized, which also corresponds to the principles of synergy. The
teacher must feel what happens to a person of the future teacher. During training a
student acquires new knowledge but also a teacher gets some new knowledge,
feelings and emotions.
So the use of certain theoretical principles of synergy can be a significant
component in the process of improvement of professional training.
