2. The Second Party will undergo a probation period of 6 months
3. The First Party shall grant the Second Party a paid annual leave of 30 days .
4. The Second Party is entitled to get a weekly rest of 1 days with full payment for the

Article (2) (Contract Details) )‫البند الثاني ( تفاصيل التعاقد‬

1.The term of this contract shall be 2 Years starting from 24/12/2021 and ending on ‫ وفي حال رغبة أحد الطرفين انهاء هذا‬23/12/2023 ‫ وتنتهي في‬24/12/2021 ‫تكون مدة هذا العقد سنتين تبدأ من‬.1

Article (4) (Additional Terms) ) ‫البند الرابع ( الشروط اإلضافية‬

Any condition that violates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning ‫ بشأن تنظيم عالقات العمل والالئحة التنفيذية‬2021 ‫ لسنه‬33 ‫يقع باطال كل شرط يخالف أحكام المرسوم بقانون رقم‬
the regulation of labour relations and the executive regulations and the relevant ‫والقرارات ذات العالقة المعمول به في شأنه‬
decisions in force in respect thereof sh all be null and void.

Article (5) ‫البند الخامس‬

The Parties are bound to abide by all the laws and regulations in the country, and to
maintain public order and public decency. Imposing any of the sanctions mentioned in
the Federal Decree-Law on the Regulation of Labour Relations, or its Executive or
Implementing Decrees, shall not hinder enforcing further sanctions mentioned in other
laws in case of violating such laws.
