Herein after referred to as the as the Second Party / Employee in this Employment
Contract. First And Second Party are referred to collectivelyas the Parties/ Both Parties
in this Employment Contract.

Article (1) (Working days and hours)
Based on the mutual agreement and acceptance of Job Offer No ST245606418AE dated 04/04/2024 Whereas
the First Party expressed his/her desire to contract with the Second Party to fill the vacant position shown
below, accordingly this offer is presented, which includes the following:
1. The Second Party shall work for the First party in the designation / profession of Tile Layer in the UAE Dubai
Ordinary working hours 8 Hours.
2. The Second Party will undergo a probation period of 6 months
3. The First Party shall grant the Second Party a paid annual leave of 30 days .
4. The Second Party is entitled to get a weekly rest of 1 days with full payment for the following days Friday
Article (2) (Contract Details)
1.The term of this contract shall be 2 Years starting from 04/04/2024 and ending on 04/04/2026 Should
either Party solely wish to terminate the Employment Contract during the term thereof, the terminating Party
shall notify the other party of such desire 1 month as a prior notice before the determined date of termination.
Such period shall be similar for both parties.
2.The Parties to the contract may renew the same once or more times for similar or shorter period/ periods. In
the event of renewal of the contract the new period/ periods are deemed to be an extension of the original
period and shall be added in calculation of the employee's total period of service.
3.If both parties continue to apply the contract after the lapse of its original term or completion of work agreed
to, without an express agreement, it should be understood that the original contract has been extended under
the same conditions except for condition regarding its duration.

)‫البند الثاني ( تفاصيل التعاقد‬
‫ وفي حال رغبة أحد الطرفين انهاء هذا العقد‬04/04/2026 ‫ وتنتهي في‬04/04/2024 ‫ سنوات تبدأ من‬2 ‫تكون مدة هذا العقد‬.1
‫ شهر قبل التاريخ املحدد لإلنهاء‬1 ‫ فانه يلتزم بتقديم إخطار باإلنهاء للطرف االخر مصحوبا بمهلة إنذار مدتها‬، ‫اثناء سريانه‬
.‫وتكون هذه املدة متماثلة للطرفين‬
‫يجوز بإتفاق الطرفين تمديد أو تجديد هذا العقد ملدة اخرى مماثلة أو مدة أقل مره وأحدة أو اكثر وفي حالة تمديد أو‬.2
.‫ تعتبر املدة أو املدد الجديدة امتدادا للمدة األصلية وتضاف إليها في احتساب مدة الخدمة املستمرة للعامل‬،‫تجديد العقد‬
‫إذا استمر الطرفان في تنفيذ العقد بعد إنقضاء مدته األصلية أو إنتهاء العمل املتفق عليه دون إتفاق صريح اعتبر العقد‬.3

Article (3) (Salary Details) ) ‫البند الثالث ( تفاصيل األجر‬

Any condition that violates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning the regulation of ‫ بشأن تنظيم عالقات العمل والالئحة التنفيذية‬2021 ‫ لسنه‬33 ‫يقع باطال كل شرط يخالف أحكام املرسوم بقانون رقم‬
labour relations and the executive regulations and the relevant decisions in force in respect thereof sh all be ‫والقرارات ذات العالقة املعمول به في شأنه‬
null and void.
Article (5) ‫البند الخامس‬
The Parties are bound to abide by all the laws and regulations in the country, and to maintain public order and ‫ وال‬،‫ وااللتزام باملحافظة على النظام العام واآلداب العامة‬،‫يلتزم الطرفان باالمتثال لكافة النظم والقوانين السارية في الدولة‬
public decency. Imposing any of the sanctions mentioned in the Federal Decree-Law on the Regulation of ‫يخل توقيع الجزاءات الواردة باملرسوم بقانون بشأن تنظيم عالقات العمل او الئحته التنفيذية او القرارات الوزارية املنظمة‬

2. The provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning the regulation of Labour Relations And Its ‫ بشان تنظيم عالقات العمل ولالئحته التنفيذية والقرارات‬2021 ‫ لسنة‬33 ‫تطبق أحكام املرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم‬.2
