Herein after referred to as the as the Second Party / Employee in this
Employment Contract. First And Second Party are referred to
collectivelyas the Parties/ Both Parties in this Employment Contract.

Article (1) (Working days and hours)
Whereas the First Party expressed his/her desire to contract with the Second Party
to fill the vacant position shown below, accordingly this Contract is presented, which
includes the following:
1. The Second Party shall work for the First party in the designation / profession of
Quantity Surveyor in the UAE Dubai Ordinary working hours 8 Hours.
2. The First Party shall grant the Second Party a paid annual leave of 30 days .
3. The Second Party is entitled to get a weekly rest of 1 days with full payment for
the following days Sunday
Article (2) (Contract Details)
1.The term of this contract shall be 2 years starting from 03/11/2023 and ending on
31/10/2025 Should either Party solely wish to terminate the Employment Contract
during the term thereof, the terminating Party shall notify the other party of such
desire 1 month as a prior notice before the determined date of termination. Such
period shall be similar for both parties.
2.The Parties to the contract may renew the same once or more times for similar or
shorter period/ periods. In the event of renewal of the contract the new period/
periods are deemed to be an extension of the original period and shall be added in
calculation of the employee's total period of service.
3.If both parties continue to apply the contract after the lapse of its original term or
completion of work agreed to, without an express agreement, it should be
understood that the original contract has been extended under the same conditions
except for condition regarding its duration.
) ‫البند األول ( أيام وساعات العمل‬
‫ لذا قام بتقديم هذا العقد الذي‬،‫ابدى الطرف األول رغبته بالتعاقد مع الطرف الثاني لتشغيلية في المهنة الموضحة أدناه‬

8 ‫يلتزم الطرف الثاني بأن يعمل لدى الطرف األول بـ مهنة معاين كميات بـ إمارة دبي وساعات عمل مقدراها‬. 1

‫ وفي حال رغبة أحد الطرفين انهاء‬31/10/2025 ‫ وتنتهي في‬03/11/2023 ‫ سنوات تبدأ من‬2 ‫تكون مدة هذا العقد‬.1
‫ شهر قبل التاريخ‬1 ‫ فانه يلتزم بتقديم إخطار باإلنهاء للطرف االخر مصحوبا بمهلة إنذار مدتها‬، ‫هذا العقد اثناء سريانه‬
.‫المحدد لإلنهاء وتكون هذه المدة متماثلة للطرفين‬
‫يجوز بإتفاق الطرفين تمديد أو تجديد هذا العقد لمدة اخرى مماثلة أو مدة أقل مره وأحدة أو اكثر وفي حالة تمديدً أو‬.2
.‫ تعتبر المدة أو المدد الجديدة امتدادا للمدة األصلية وتضاف إليها في احتساب مدة الخدمة المستمرة للعامل‬،‫تجديد العقد‬
‫إذا استمر الطرفان في تنفيذ العقد بعد إنقضاء مدته األصلية أو إنتهاء العمل المتفق عليه دون إتفاق صريح اعتبر العقد‬. 3

Article (4) (Additional Terms) ) ‫البند الرابع ( الشروط اإلضافية‬
Any condition that violates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 ‫ بشأن تنظيم عالقات العمل والالئحة التنفيذية‬2021 ‫ لسنه‬33 ‫يقع باطال كل شرط يخالف أحكام المرسوم بقانون رقم‬
concerning the regulation of labour relations and the executive regulations and the ‫والقرارات ذات العالقة المعمول به في شأنه‬
relevant decisions in force in respect thereof sh all be null and void.
Article (5) ‫البند الخامس‬
The Parties are bound to abide by all the laws and regulations in the country, and to ،‫ وااللتزام بالمحافظة على النظام العام واآلداب العامة‬،‫يلتزم الطرفان باالمتثال لكافة النظم والقوانين السارية في الدولة‬
maintain public order and public decency. Imposing any of the sanctions mentioned ‫وال يخل توقيع الجزاءات الواردة بالمرسوم بقانون بشأن تنظيم عالقات العمل او الئحته التنفيذية او القرارات الوزارية‬
in the Federal Decree-Law on the Regulation of Labour Relations, or its Executive or .‫المنظمة من توقيع أي عقوبات واردة في قوانين أخرى سارية في الدولة حال مخالفتها‬
Implementing Decrees, shall not hinder enforcing further sanctions mentioned in
other laws in case of violating such laws.

Article (6) (Declarations) )‫البند السادس ( اإلقرارات‬
