And Second Party are referred to collectivelyas the Parties/ Both Parties in this Employment
Contract.

Article (1) (Working days and hours)
Based on the mutual agreement and acceptance of Job Offer No ST244686427AE dated 04/03/2024 Whereas the First
Party expressed his/her desire to contract with the Second Party to fill the vacant position shown below, accordingly this
offer is presented, which includes the following:
1. The Second Party shall work for the First party in the designation / profession of Window Cleaner in the UAE Dubai
Ordinary working hours 8 Hours.
2. The Second Party will undergo a probation period of 6 months
3. The First Party shall grant the Second Party a paid annual leave of 30 days .
4. The Second Party is entitled to get a weekly rest of 1 days with full payment for the following days Sunday
Article (2) (Contract Details)
1.The term of this contract shall be 2 Years starting from 04/03/2024 and ending on 04/03/2026 Should either Party
solely wish to terminate the Employment Contract during the term thereof, the terminating Party shall notify the other
party of such desire 1 month as a prior notice before the determined date of termination. Such period shall be similar for
both parties.
2.The Parties to the contract may renew the same once or more times for similar or shorter period/ periods. In the event of
renewal of the contract the new period/ periods are deemed to be an extension of the original period and shall be added
in calculation of the employee's total period of service.
3.If both parties continue to apply the contract after the lapse of its original term or completion of work agreed to, without
an express agreement, it should be understood that the original contract has been extended under the same conditions
except for condition regarding its duration.

‫ متضنا االتي‬،‫الطرف الثاني لتشغيلية في املهنة املوضحة أدناه‬
‫ ساعات‬8 ‫يلتزم الطرف الثاني بأن يعمل لدى الطرف األول بـ مهنة عامل تنظيف النوافذ بـ إمارة دبي وساعات عمل مقدراها‬. 1
‫ شهر‬6 ‫ يعمل الطرف الثاني لدى الطرف األول تحت التجربة ملدة‬. 2

)‫البند الثاني ( تفاصيل التعاقد‬
‫ وفي حال رغبة أحد الطرفين انهاء هذا العقد اثناء‬04/03/2026 ‫ وتنتهي في‬04/03/2024 ‫ سنوات تبدأ من‬2 ‫تكون مدة هذا العقد‬.1
‫ شهر قبل التاريخ املحدد لإلنهاء وتكون هذه املدة‬1 ‫ فانه يلتزم بتقديم إخطار باإلنهاء للطرف االخر مصحوبا بمهلة إنذار مدتها‬، ‫سريانه‬

،‫يجوز بإتفاق الطرفين تمديد أو تجديد هذا العقد ملدة اخرى مماثلة أو مدة أقل مره وأحدة أو اكثر وفي حالة تمديد أو تجديد العقد‬.2
.‫تعتبر املدة أو املدد الجديدة امتدادا للمدة األصلية وتضاف إليها في احتساب مدة الخدمة املستمرة للعامل‬
‫إذا استمر الطرفان في تنفيذ العقد بعد إنقضاء مدته األصلية أو إنتهاء العمل املتفق عليه دون إتفاق صريح اعتبر العقد األصلي‬.3

Any condition that violates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning the regulation of labour relations ‫ بشأن تنظيم عالقات العمل والالئحة التنفيذية والقرارات‬2021 ‫ لسنه‬33 ‫يقع باطال كل شرط يخالف أحكام املرسوم بقانون رقم‬
and the executive regulations and the relevant decisions in force in respect thereof sh all be null and void. ‫ذات العالقة املعمول به في شأنه‬
Article (5) ‫البند الخامس‬
The Parties are bound to abide by all the laws and regulations in the country, and to maintain public order and public ‫ وال يخل‬،‫ وااللتزام باملحافظة على النظام العام واآلداب العامة‬،‫يلتزم الطرفان باالمتثال لكافة النظم والقوانين السارية في الدولة‬

Article (6) (Declarations) )‫البند السادس ( اإلقرارات‬

2. The provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning the regulation of Labour Relations And Its Executive .‫أن تم توقيعة من الطرفين‬
Regulations and decisions implemented shall apply ‫ بشان تنظيم عالقات العمل ولالئحته التنفيذية والقرارات املنفذة له في‬2021 ‫ لسنة‬33 ‫تطبق أحكام املرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم‬.2
